Is this for the one in Balmuria or more in general? You mentioned both in PM.
I figured it could be the Balmuria temple, and me using the template to build all the other ones. Of course, some things like secret passageway(s) wouldn't be known to people (I could pretty much put them in myself without help or knowledge from the builders), traps would be different and no one said actually important/expensive stuff are actually kept in the somewhat-visible vault.
