Possible Mari?
Kinda sorta works. Actually, since Mari can shapeshift now, I guess I could avatar damn near anyone and call it her.
Anyway, here's the closest fit I've found. Nearly perfect with the exception of having different-colored eyes (and wearing virtually nothing). The wild hair is particularly fitting. I'm not sure how suitable it is for an avatar, though.

Yeah, I don't think most of the detail would survive compression. Anime style stuff tends to shrink better.
Rather hard to find an avatar that fits Nikkolai well. I'm just tempted to get a Lich and get it over with. =/

Well, we have a hueg like Xbox directory of character pics on Jenna's comp, so if you two want to throw a short description of what you're looking for(Hair color, skin color and hair length are what we devide things up by) at us, I can ask Jenna to poke through and pull out some stuff you might like to crop down?
It's pretty hard to find something exactly like your mind imagines unless you draw it yourself. But hey, any art is a plus for a text-based game.
Eh, it's fine. I'd like some mystical looking dude with longish black hair and green eyes. At this point, I've given up trying to find anything that looks remotely like Nikko.

And the sixth one there is the best, I think, in terms of style, but still kinda eh. I don't really dig the anime look for a match. The moe thing is not for me.
