Houserules and DM rulings as follows.
1. http://www.soulriders.net/forum/index.php/topic,102402.msg1037110.html#msg1037110 <--- Refer to this topic for several basic tidbits of information.
2. Dodge is a flat +1 dodge bonus to AC at all times. You lose it when you are flatfooted.
3. Toughness is +1 HP per hit die.
4. +4 skill points per level, quadrupled at level 1.
5. Cid is not allowed access to a Gnome Deflowerer. Anything like that is right out.
6. Monks get full BAB.
7. We are using the weapon groups variant from UA. Choose one base class from your gestalt and go with that.
8. The Marshal's adrenaline ACF has a duration of 1 hour.
9. Cid may not refer to himself in the third person.
10. Using the channel positive energy turning variant. TODO: Add more here later.
11. Augment Healing applies to Lesser Restoration and similar conjuration(healing) spells.
12. Identify Properties of Magic Item: DC 15 + item's caster level. (DC varies for artifacts) Attempting to ascertain the properties of a magic item takes 3 rounds per item to be identified and you must be able to thoroughly examine the object. Artifacts may be identified in this manner, but the DC is higher. The exact DC varies from artifact to artifact.
13. If you're making a new character, have it posted the morning before the day of the session. Right now that means Tuesday morning before a Wednesday evening session. I need this time to familiarize myself with the PC and go over it.
14. Wealth by level will be reduced for new characters from now on out, as I'm not using standard items/wealth in this game.
Any other suggestions or questions welcomed.
I am a big fan of Weapon Groups, personally.

Got a link for them or a book they're in?
Its from UA, and is also in the SRD (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/buildingCharacters/weaponGroupFeats.htm).
Thanks. Sure, we can use that if you guys want.
I don't care either way! I'd use a scimitar either way.
Weapon Groups sound like they could be cool.
Okay, we'll use weapon groups. People, make sure to adjust your sheets for them.
Added a ruling about marshal's temp HP ACF. 1 hour feels fair without it lasting forever. If you wanna argue it or feel this is unfair, feel free to do so, Merc.
Seems perfectly fine. I didn't think letting it last eternally made sense myself and I figured it should get a duration just wasn't sure how long.
<@Gatewalker> Favored Soul: Favored Souls gain knowledge: religion and knowledge: planes as a class skill.
<@Gatewalker> Favored Soul: Favored Souls use charisma in all aspects of spellcasting, including calculating save DCs.
<@Gatewalker> Favored Soul: Favored Souls gain turn undead at first level, as a normal cleric does. This advances as normal.
<@Gatewalker> found in the Bal3 houserules thread
<@Gatewalker> these apply here?
EDIT: Also, digging through the Bal3 board for paladin ACFs. Those good?
Yeah, that's fine, barring anyone speaking up.
D'oh! Wish I'd remembered those. I might have grabbed the wings ACF then. :/
Post of interest in the turn undead houserule. While I don't think we need it between Morana's LoH, Cid's opportunistic piety and Fiora's everything (not to mention some wands), it does give it more uses, which is always nice.
Oh balls, I forgot about this!
Yeah, that's fine. Adding to houserules.
Ruling on Augment Healing+ability damage via lesser restoration.
A thing was mentioned in chat about spellcraft and/or appraise applying to the identification of magical objects. Obligatory formal repetition of said thing here. Evidently this has been a houserule elsewhere.
This.

Yay or nay, guys?
The team mage obviously says Yay.
Identify costing 100gp a pop is kinda lame, so I'm all for it.
Sounds more efficient to me. Go for it.
Okay, barring Merc/Zeph speaking up against it, and I doubt they will, it's in. Make a spellcraft check about the dagger and post it in loot, Cideon.
Two new houserules related to future character creation.
