Places
Rossalund - A city along a glowing sea. Said to be ran by medusas.
The Dim - A border region between Rossalun and The Dark. Dim lightning and generally difficult terrain. Does not seem to be greatly inhabited.
The Dark - An unknown region beyond The Dim. Details are not clear yet.
Saladan's Manor - A farm near the cliffs of The Dim. Seemingly owned by Saladan, a maideen.
Breaches - An enchanted entrance to the caves beneath The Dark and The Dim. The magic sends you to a different place each time. A wildland of non-conformists and exiles.
Red text means that the person listed is dead or the group so colored is defunct.
People
Garrut: A foul tempered ogre mage. Has a foul mouth, but was successfully talked down by Lucy.
Saladan: A maideen who runs a farm. Child of a medusa. Radiates faint evil to detect evil. Has pure green eyes and a snake tongue. Advocates taking citizenship.
Mintban: A gate guardsman. Seemed to like Veren.
Flanagan Macklen: A spellcaster citizen of Rossalund. Somewhat arrogant and haughty, but hides it behind a personable attitude. Has an enchanted necklace and staff. Is the master of Adaea. Detects magic and odd things through his sense of smell.
Mistress De'natha: A medusa and member of the Coven. May also be a vampire, succubus or similar creature (somehow). Does not tolerate failure. Slain by the black veil pirates.
Adaea: A twentysomething human female with red hair. Seems nice enough. Slain by the skull faced mage's fireball.
Lady Asdra: A medusa and the head witch of the Coven. Able to grow massively in size. Defeated by the black veil pirates and petrified.
Unidentified People
Stone-headed man at the tower in The Dim: A curt, surly man seemingly made of stone. Only his head was seen. Perhaps he lives in the tower there?
Twin 7.5ft tall maids: A pair of maids that serve Saladan. May be a bit simple or slow. One has memories of what might be the Breaches.
Unnamed gate guard leader: A reedy voice and he thought Lucy was cute. Not much else is known.
Skull-faced mage: A pirate mage that spoke an unknown tongue. Sneered a lot. Slain by Pepo before anything else could be found.
Twisted mind at Flanagan's manor: A twisted mind that seemed to be working with the pirates. Nothing else is known, but he was slain by Veren.
Groups
The Coven: The ruling medusae/medusas of Rossalund. They punish lawbreakers with petrification.
Black Veil Pirates: An unknown group of pirates that attacked Rossalund in force. The reasons why, their name and many other things are unknown.
Things
Maideen: Children of medusa. May have snake-like features. Not much else is known yet.
Twisted Minds: Wizards that become aberrations as a result of studying forbidden magic. Assumed to be psionic by many, but this is incorrect. Mind-affecting abilities work well on them if they get through, but they have good will saves and a vicious counter to failed mind-affecting abilities. Usually have some variety of spellcasting or magical ability. Watch out for the confusion gaze attack.
