Hanna: Banned from Benfal for 77 years
Canderella: Banned from Benfal for 88 years
Jetina: Banned from Smoke for 77 years.
27 died on the Elemental Plane of Earth. No idea how long he's banned from there.

Someone do me a favor and add this to the not quite graveyard. For that matter, add Crystal and Dana's demises as well so we can easily track those.
Don't know where Crystal/Dana got blocked off of.
Rosa is obviously banned from Earth but dunno the duration.
The ban only applies to full outsiders. Dana and Crystal aren't affected, nor is Rosa. However, it does count as a death for them and makes further resurrections more difficult.
