I'm pegging your realm at 10 for now, Alyssa. This may change as I get a better feel for it and/or you grow.

What I need is a list of what you feel your current tasks are. I'll synthesize from those and others. Basically a heads up on where you feel your realm's resources are being used.

You don't have to invest or work on a task you suggest, so feel free to add any that are on the radar but not being pursued at the current time.

1) Recruit new settlers for the up-coming new land.

2) Research into how to really hurt Shar.

3) Make allies/pull nations to my side on prime.

4) Resources.

5) Shocker Lizard domestication.

6) Trade networks.

7) Quality of life magic for citizens/towns.

8) Magical Item production.

9) Demi-plane.

10) Jeram's research into the link/bond.

So since it's a Island chain, I sorta figured there was already some sort of internal gate system going from each island to the next since the original write up was for each school of magic to have their own island for experiments/work.

Update 1

Madala reports that preliminary work on the gates is going well. No problems and nothing over budget, for once.

Delaize reports that ship building and establishing more merchant trading routes is going well. Results should be soon, as magic greatly aids ship construction.

Update 2

Janise reports that when digging ditches for infrastructure, loose gold was found. What shall be done with it?

Janise suggests either taking it and investing it back into the Guild, taking it for your personal use or gifting it. Not all of it has to be used on the same task, and the workers that found it are clamoring for share of their find.

Have Ianvasah and Emily try to contact the nixie's and offer to try to work out a safe harbor/home/trade type thing; they probably have the most experience with fey out of anyone, and having nature spirit types around will be a good start for Ianvasah.

As for the pirates, offer work/internship type things for adventure leaning students. Good way to earn some experience. Also talk to Jeram and see if he wants to offer the same to any of his people. Have diviners try and locate their base for dealing with.

Janise reports that the first round of roads are done, and it's now to secondary roads and infrastructure support.

Madala reports that in the process of constructing a gate, the workers discovered gold. As this is the second time gold has been found, it may be there's gold deposits on the island to be found. Also, what will you do with the gold found this time?

Realm defense is steady and solid, invested in enough not to be trivial. Nothing is awry there.

The ships are mostly done - Delaize is seeing to to it and it's merely taking time to finish up now, but it looks good.

Fast deployment something. Gates or something. Gates or something.

Resources. Raw materials and things for trade and income generation.

A couple companies worth of soldiers. I want to act as a skirmish force, but I need enough people to reliably hold a position and to bring a significant enough force to an army vs army fight.

I need some level of specialists for each school of magic.

Bastian can't be a spy master and counter Intel without bodies to help.

Set up some sort of super secure comms system so I can covertly communicate with people and the Order.

I think I want to mix in some solid magical beast units, so stables and a stable master.
