You think the value's about right, pending market variances. Not much you can do about that, but you doubt it'll vary more than 1000 gold either way, total.

Counter Check
This scimitar+1 has a special power when used with the combat expertise feat. When you take a penalty to your attack roll with the combat expertise feat, the bonus to armor class lasts an additional round. This bonus doesn't stack with another bonus from combat expertise. In essence, you suffer the penalty to attack rolls for one round but gain the bonus to armor class for two rounds.

Defending effectively lets you reallocate your to-hit bonuses into AC.

Potions Of Concentrated Cure Moderate Wounds: Heals 2d8+8 points of damage per potion. 300 gold each as a base, but that's for a normal cure moderate wounds. These should fetch more but they're rare. Your estimate would be 400-500 each depending on market and buyers.
Oh, I guess he'd also identify the wand for the sake of it. The bag seems to be non-magical, but maybe it's hidden-ly magical??
Wand Of Fireball, CL6, 4 charges remaining. 1,080 gold. You'll also notice the wand's been roughly used. It's lightly damaged in other words, a few scuffs and tiny cracks. Nothing that should be a problem, but if it takes a serious hit it might break.
I say we keep one vial each and sell the third vial and wand.
