The idea behind this is simple - a topic for fanarts for the less represented characters, those whom often don't get much attention. They may be cool, may have a nice desing, or whatever; but they just don't get attention like they should.
Since artworks for all of these poor creations is usually limited, I think it may be a good idea to toss up any rare fanarts into this topic as a way of sharing. It's not too important if it's a popular series or not, as long as the character posted doesn't get much artwork.
