Rule 209 will be amended to read:

209. At no time during the first three rounds may there be more than 25 mutable rules.  After round three, if this rule has not been amended, the limit of mutable rules will increase to 35.  Every third round following the third round, the limit of mutable rules will increase by 10.  If the maximum number of mutable rules allowed reaches 55, it will no longer increase and 55 will be the limit unless and until this rule is amended.

btw, for future reference, the title of this thread should contain the name of your proposal.  "109 Amendment" for example.
