Any real difference? The earlier one didn't seem bad and it is odd to see a nearly two week discrepency in a second group getting it out. Late pickup?

As far as I know Live-eviL has a much more solid foundation. As for the time difference I really don't know. Groups will sub what they want to sub when they want to sub it. That's probably all there is to it.

The odds are it will probably be one of those "really long OAV types" releases you refered to Dracos. It's probably for the best since a series like this deserves to be done right the first time and given the proper care.
