So, someone linked this to me a day or so ago. Read through most of it and stunningly, a fair bit of it is good stuff. I particularly liked the traps article bit, the meandering on drow and gnolls and discussions on less abilities being more pertinent in context of overall time on camera for monsters. The discussions on interface design for effective quick use campaign development were pretty neat too.
Overall, I think there's some good reading stuff there.
