well, woke up this morning and saw that sunhawk had linked an interesting article on fanfiction (http://www.scalzi.com/whatever/003496.html), which also had a delightful discussion going in its comments. This discussion in turn linked to some interesting stuff on the da vinci code (http://davincicrock.blogspot.com/) and in turn to some more interesting stuff on fiction writing in context of said book (http://www.ignatiusinsight.com/features2005/colson_justfiction1_mar05.asp). Now it just amused me to read these but I figured afterwards they might be neat for a few others, so linking.
