For me, it's a matter of common decency. Say someone is masturbating in public. He may not be ashamed or disgusted by it, but that doesn't mean everyone else should just smile and walk away from it.

It's her PERSONAL problems, so it's her choice to share it with her friends, in a tone loud enough to notify the entire campus of her situation. No matter how disgusting her offensive it is, she has the right to say it whenever, wherever and however she wants. If she doesn't care the entire world knows she's having a period, then why should you care more than she does? ^_^

Actually, I find the proper response to kwok here is simple.
If someone is doing something disgusting and I supposedly shouldn't care when it is inconveniencing my peace of mind, then equally so they shouldn't care if I beat the shit out of them for inconveniencing my peace of mind. Sounds good? Neither should anyone else either.
We have laws to keep us from doing that... of course, it's a two way street. If we obey the laws not to beat the fucking shit out of annoying people, they are expected not to go out of their way to flaunt the protection for being annoying.

Actually, it's more of an "if you're gonna do something, you gotta live with the consequences" sorta thing. It's their choice to do something, but they're gonna have to tough it out if someone decides to beat the living daylights out of them for doing said something ^_^

I'm with Yokoshima (why do they call ya kwok?) on this one. as long as said bitch isn't getting doing anything to me, I don't see the problem. I'd just tue it out like i do the other 20,000 or so absolutely stupid things I hear every day.
