hmmm i still think i should run one of these
Uh, I hate to be that one idiot who has no idea what's going on, but...
What was this about? What exactly was this Music Contest?
IRC channel game. Missed the last one, but I did see the first one, so baring it's change, it's basically Drac flashing a winamp ad/trigger of some song, and people have to match it's theme, wording, or something about the song in a fast manner with their own winamp ad/trigger. Whoever answers fastest or has the most interesting/funniest winamp matching song wins that round.
I missed it too, I was snoring away ^_^;;
But then again, I never get more than a couple of points anyway ^^
Like I would get any points. I don't have the HD to hold a music library long enough to pop out winamp ads without having to dig through CDs ^_^;
Heh. That's half the challenge. If you have your cd collection organized you could try and blur through that. The time limit tends to be 2-3 minutes per posting time. All depends on how fast you are and how well you know your collection. I'm going to be doing that next time myself.
Fearless Leader
It's very organized, simply because it's like six CDs at most. ^_^;
I don't burn music, simply because I'm of the mind that if I'm willing to pull it out of my computer and easy listening access, it's not worth the hassle of keeping.
I do save the occassional cool/weird stuff, like the Irish Drinking song I sent to Kwok (if I recall, he won points with that one in the first game ^_^) or Freestyle Chinese Rap, as well as songs great for a long 6 to 7 hour drive between campus and home, but that's about it.
