Now, I know a good deal of the people around here have played console games, ranging from Atari to Playstation. Where would general discussion for a game go?
Not a review or asking for help; just chatting about a game.
I don't see why it couldn't go under the Player's Forum. ^_^
It's description is, after all, "A place to discuss what you've learned as a gamer and help each other." ^_^
General discussion over the game would involve knowledge you'd gained as a gamer regarding the game, thus it's perfectly appropriate, at least in my eyes. ^_^
Out of curiosity, was this question inspired by the Castlevania discussion in the chatroom? ^_^
I would concur. Though, if you think your discussion may be borderline, just put it in general discussion. If there is interest, i'll make a separate area specifically for it, but I think that the player's forum is fine for it, and doesn't see enough use as it is.
Fearless leader
There was a Castlevania chat and I missed it? FUCK!
Will do, Drac. Hey, I figure that at worst you'll just use your super duper Admin powers to move it.
Here's the relevant portion of the castlevania log if you were curious:

Note that it's not formatted, but that's easy enough to deal with. ^_^
Cool.
<Olguin> Anyhow..that reminds me, did Maria get any play time in Richter's game?
To answer Olguin's question, Maria is playable on the Saturn version of SoTN. Haven't gotten to play it myself, as it only came out in Japan...Along with Maria, it added new weapons, areas, items and so forth. I believe Maria has a version of that Invincibility spell as a PC as well, I'd have to check a FAQ to be sure.
