Bean stifled the urge to clobber the boy. "Not money, Yahiko. He wants us to have dinner with him." she informed Yahiko, her cheeks turning pink.

"That dosn't sound like much of a cost!" Yahiko said, happily. "I mean, he's gotta have better food than anything you could cook!"

Bean grinned. Okay, Yahiko's not going to give he a hard time...that'll be good, then. Wait... Bean absently bopped Yahiko on the head. "Don't be such a smartass. He wants to fight you, too." she added.

[Carthrat]

"Me?" Yahiko's tone was one of surprise..

"Why me? Do I even know him?"

Bean smiled sweetly. "Spar. Sorry." she grinned. "No, you don't know him, but I used to teach him, and he wants to see how good the current first disciple of Kamiya Kasshin is. You won't disappoint, WILL you, Yahiko?"

"I dunno. How well did you teach him?"

Unfortunately, Kaoru has absolutely no idea..
