Seira's land

Okay, I annotated a map  for ease of use here. Each segment is big enough to fit Seira's lot with some room to spare, especially 3. I added 3 and 4 for the sake of outlining all the possibilities within Balmuria's immediate area. If you decide on an area beyond this map, let me know and I'll give you details.

1. Is the immediate area near Balmuria. It's full of farmsteads near the sea as well as the actual border with Malmuth. Putting it here would be a clear political note, as well as one that would require some work. You'd have to talk to Lord Salman to pull this off, and it would probably be at least somewhat attached to Balmuria.

Also, the danger of being within miles of the Malmuthian border is obvious.

2. Taking a chunk of the Barbarian Lands. Relocation and disposal of unwanted goblins and worse aside, it's unclear who owns it. Neither the Baronies, Pallanth or Malmuth bother to claim it, it's an unofficial buffer zone between the elves and humans. Expanding it to would would trigger political issues and interests on all sides.

3. Fairly decent plains with some rockiness at places. Basically light hills, good farmland and space. Off the trade route with Parsifal so you'd want to get the road expanded if your area grows. Out of the way of any immediate dangers save for any mountain troubles.

4. Pleasant plainsland. Fertile, peaceful and behind the shield of Balmuria. Lots of land to work with here if this is your thing. Seaside property available - but nothing within a few miles of the ruins.

1 and 2 will contain more and risk than other, safer options. You should be aware of that, as building on a possibly hostile border and a border with goblins/humanoids has certain prestated risks and conditions.
