Ghost in the Hallway

Another case solved!  There's been a lot of gossip of late about a spirit that was supposed to be haunting class 2-A, occupying a seat for nearly a hundred years (or so they say!)  Naturally we took it on ourselves to look after our fellow classmates and check it out.  We stayed way late after class, and it turns out that Noriko-chan...is actually kind of an otaku!  I would've never guessed really, but she tuned into 2chan and just started chirping on what was going on there.  It was so strange I hardly noticed the time passing.

The school is kind of creepy after dark, but the atmosphere is just right for ghosts and demons to be going around anyway.  It's just like one of grandma's stories.  I brought out a flash light and we went over and checked out.  The ghost tried to howl at us and scare us away at first, but I'm not easily frightened and definitely not by ghosts, so I glared right back at her...and you won't believe this but she tripped over one of the chairs.

It turns out Sayo-chan's been haunting the classroom for years, ever since she the oni Yakura took her life and cursed her there.  She's really lonely because almost nobody pays any attention to her.  Noriko-chan couldn't even see her for some reason, so maybe that might be part of it.  I promised I'd come by once in a while and we'd hang out.  I snapped a picture of both of us, but she didn't really turn out well in it.
