Post here tomorrow, just didn't get to this yesterday. I'll start with sorting this loot out.

Assuming there's a lot of deeds, let's keep one each as a memento and then follow Iddy's suggestion of gifting the lot to the Aurora to more than cover the Aurora share after investigating the holdings?

Sounds good. Someone will need to do some footwork and chase down the deeds and if they're valid. Tannin's a natural choice for this and volunteers if y'all want.

I'll investigate the spear and the coin. In fact, by following Antenora's advice. Did we try to Legend Lore each?

Avenger's Spear

Legends as follows.

1. This spear is said to have once been used by Shahzada Aqual Lajanasha, an ancient and forgotten Prince of the Coral Throne's court. He is said to have lived ages of years ago and died when his Padisha was couped, his life shed only moments before the Padisha herself fell. Indeed, he stood firm and protected the Padisha as the new Padisha took the divine powers of the Coral Throne, only to be obliterated by divine blast.

2. It is said this spear is the spear of a fallen prince of the marid. A furious avenger against threats to the Coral Throne, he had this spear custom made to bolster his ability to crush his enemies. Any who dared speak against the Coral Throne were at risk of his wrath. There in came his downfall and the downfall of his Padisha, for her penchant for brute force violence upset all the marid nobility.

3. Lo, did the great spear be called the Avenger's Wrath, for it nursed on the blood of marid.  My child, know there is no sweeter and poisonous thing to hold this spear. In hand it is the vengeance of water, yet you stand astride a furious shark that forever tries to cast you off it. As the owner of the spear fell, so does the spear remember that betrayal. Until the spear is used to avenge the Shahzada who held it, wielders risk ruin.

The rod is cool but let's get it fixed and sell it?

Ebony and Kascha get 124,275 gold each. Kascha's broke so that's her new total while Ebony has nothing as well, so that's also her new total. I'll sort them out later.

As it stands, not counting the ingots, deeds, spear/coin, or rod, we're at a total of 497,100gp in value. Split for Jaela, Kascha, Ebony, and Surraruthru, that's 124,275gp each. If we split it 5 ways, one for Aurora tax, it's 99,420gp each.

The rod is worth over 300k, the ingots are priceless, the deeds require investigation, the longspear and coin require investigation/identification.
