This seems to be an overarching sentiment around my neighborhood. I too am disappointed that the election was not won by my favored candidate, a giant meteor which would extinguish all life, but on the other hand this song would've made sense before the election as well, so I guess not much has changed regarding the country's desire for the sweet touch of oblivion.

Anyway, that's enough politics from me.

So last week I finally found some time to go watch Doctor Strange. It was trippy stuff, and I highly recommend watching it 3D if you haven't. Related to that, the magic finger gestures in the movie were reportedly designed by a fellow named JayFunk who does finger tutting, a form of dance using hand motions.
