The dragon simply growls low and casts again, "Ixus Renbuu!" A prismatic sphere appears around it, then compresses in an instant, becoming form fitting armor, covering the dragon head to toe.

Spellcrafting to know about that spell, is it an absolute defence against attacks (unless SR beats it) or is it more like a flavourful defence boost?

It's prismatic sphere compressed into armor. Anyone who melee attacks it suffers all the prismatic effects and it also provides a deflection bonus to armor class. The duration's fairly short you think - it sacrifices duration in favor of power. SR does apply.

Disjunction usually auto-destroys prismatic effects, otherwise though I'm rolling against all his effects again. How many this time?
