Downtime/away: Blame Shar

I'll be running a half hour late today, just heads up. This is to compensate for oversleeping again.

Two notes.

1: Late this week or early next week I should have all my stuff for my new computer. As such, expect a possible down day next week as I assemble.

2: I may take a DM work day soon, I could use one to catch up on a few things. I'll let you all know if I do.

Okay, so here's the deal. I have a package today I have to be available to sign for (expensive computer stuff), and the thing is, back where my computer is happens to be far away from the front door. Meaning that I have to be at least semi away from the computer a lot until it comes in.

Now if my package gets here in the next 100 minutes, no harm and no foul. I doubt it but anything's possible.

If it doesn't, I'll be largely away today. Maybe 50% attention at best. So I'll leave it to you all: Would you rather have me run today and what we get is what we get, or would you rather reschedule to tomorrow?

Frankly, I'd rather run today but 1. It's raining and I can't risk what's in the package getting rain damaged. 2. I can't risk it getting stolen.

We'll see how the voting goes, and maybe I'll get lucky and the package gets here before session start.

The way I see it playing by post means we shouldn't expect a tight schedule so I don't really care if you only do a few posts today, but by the same token I'll probably not be paying as much attention to IRC/the board to catch them.

Got no problems just taking the day off entirely.

No session today, case should be coming in today and I'm going to do assembly once it does.

Computer status: Halfway assembled, an altogether mess and I'll probably be outsourcing the rest of this unless I can't afford it, in which case I'll be seeing about returns instead. In any event, tomorrow we should run unless getting someone in to finish this runs faster than anticipated.
