'Your mother and I love you too,' Seira assures Emily with an accompanying mental smile. With the connection cut, however, she dispatches her avatar to the dungeon where Alyssa said she was empowered by an aspect of Io.

Do you want to do that or sort out the issues related to that attack right now, Cor?

[Corwin]

I want to do it, yes. From my understanding, the attack has stopped at present and my mortal followers are handling the immediate aftermath. I don't want to make any reckless decisions to strike back immediately.

[Anastasia]

Okay. Quick clarification in case I forgot between yesterday and today: Going alone or...?

[Corwin]

My avatar will appear in that dungeon, alone, and I will try to see if I can tell any sign/hint/magical signature of Io even though it's years later. I'll try to rewatch the events with some emulation of a spell that sees past events. I'll check whether Io or his aspect were 'sealed' here all along, or if he simply chose to manifest at random. All the good stuff.
