New account creation

As of 1-7-21, Soulriders has switched to admin approval for new accounts. This is due to a continued influx of spam accounts that spray the board with spam when they manage to get past captcha. As a result, should you create a new account, it will not be activated until an administrator reviews and approves the account. This should take less than one day in most circumstances.

Should your account be rejected, you're welcome to try again. This means that your account was mistaken as a spam account. This may be due to your email address if it's been hijacked and used for spam before. Alternately it may have to do with your IP or choice of username. In particular, generic names tend to be flagged, so bear that in mind.

In other words use unique names and don't use emails that been hijacked.
