I feel my Academy is fairly well established, though still new. I would like to discuss an exchange of education, research, and personnel. I intend to use this as a first step in bringing us into an alliance, if you'd be interested.

I was thinking we could start with an exchange of students and possibly one or two teachers, as a first step. My Academy focuses on research and practical application for common life. After the first groups finish their exchange, I think it best we revist the program and see what each gained from it and build a more well-rounded plan.

Eventually, I'd like to build a free exchange program between our people.

Alyssa nods to herself, Agreed. My Academy accepts anyone who wishes to learn, with no restrictions for any sort of social or monetary class. As did my Arcane Order before it. For those who come to us without magical potential, we provide education on any skillset we can. Trade skills, home skills, survival, the entire gambit, and then help organize for settlement and exploration.

How would you want to start this? How many students and educators?

These are my minor todos:
-More Lizard stuff.
-Refugees: look for anyone of note/talent, put Emily on reuniting families, ect.
-Have the others take a corner/valley/whatever to establish their own strongholds/temples/whatevers.
-Try to contact Mystra to see if she wants some of her peeps in my area for cooperative research/education/ect.

Major ones are to check in with my followers. I had that big thing for Lasri.
