I had a rear tire blowout on the highway at 80 MPH. I was able to recover and ditch into the shoulder safely, and there was no damage to the $250 Mercedes Benz rim, nor the car itself.

I am thankful for combat driving courses.

I am now in the same boat as Merc.

On an unrelated note, I have discovered that the problem with my PC is the power supply. This is good news. Better news is that Newegg just sent me a coupon code as a thank you for loyalty...30% off my next purchase of any Thermaltake power supply.

Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. :D

Got an A in all three of my classes! I was expecting B+ or A- in two of them too, so I'm happy since those finals were killers.

In Rome now. The hotel in Rome comes with wifi included so I can log on from time to time which is nice. We'll have to see about other places, but nice to at least have it in the first (and last) stop.

Woah, have a cool time in rome.

Definitely eat the local ice cream.  Sure, everything is tasty in italy, but I'm a huge fan of their gellatos for that particular region!

I got a new phone, with a 4gb data plan and bundled tethering.

It costs me 50$ a month.  Pretty happy with that.
