Dune, at my prodding, is considering removing the dead levels from dex that make going beyond eighteen in it such a ridiculously stupid affair.  Any opposed?

With no other posts and no complaints to me, I'm going to assume we're good to go. Drac, feel free to toss this in the custom rules topic; just pretty it up into a nice table so we all know what we're talking about?
