Game start and preparation.

This game will start soon. I need a few days for preparations as well as to get avatar generation in order. I'm going to make the Starry Void IC topic today and you can start RPing in there before you get thrown in for the first time. This'll give you a few days while I setup to get a basic grasp on your character and worldview.

I'll add the point pool and a few other things to avatar generation so you can begin working on those shortly. I'd like to start this weekend or soish.
