So that I don't tip you guys off by saying stuff like "What's your marching order?" or "Who's taking watch?" immediately before springing an ambush, I think it'd be nice to lay out some standard routines that I can just assume you guys are practicing at any time.

So in that vein, I'd like to know the following:

Standard marching order (open) - how you guys would array yourself when space is not an issue.

Standard marching order (cramped) - how you'd be placed in for example a narrow corridor.

Camp routine - Who takes watch and when, how long you rest for, whether you sleep in a tent or under the stars, how close you sleep to one another. Also where your horses are (assuming you buy new ones) and how you leave them and the campsite while exploring dangerous caves/ruins/whatever.

Carthrat

I'll posit something, and you guys can disagree!

Open: Keylin is probably in front a decent distance, keeping an eye out for trouble before it finds us. I imagine the rest of us travel close together, in a line or some such...

Closed: Depends, dude. A dungeon isn't a dungeon isn't a dungeon, there are many different circumstances to take into account, here. In general, it's much the same; Keylin should be scouting ahead for traps/goons/whatever, the rest of us would be together, hopefully in time to get out the way if she shouts something.

Camp Routine: I need eight hours sleep to get spells back. It's lame and stupid and Jack Vance is a dork. Anyway, that's a compelling reason for me to not be on watch. Thus I leave it to you guys. Alveria probably sleeps in her own damn tent, though, out of which flashing lights can be seen in a periodic basis.

If there are horses, we, like, tie them up nearby. >_>

With the exception of marching order in a dungeon, though, I'm hoping this is handwaved.

Dracos

Keylin takes first watch,
Amonet second,
Gourash last.

Fair?
Well, Goodbye.
