Need Pre-Readers

Over the last year or so, I have lost virtually all of my pre-readers, due to a variety of reasons.  So I'm hoping I can find some here.

Most of my fics are Ranma 1/2 or crossovers with the same.

What sort of crossovers? Other animes?

What are you looking for in a pre reader? Grammar checks? Spelling? Plot debugging? All of the above?

How frequently do you need these services?

Mamono Hunter Ukyou is a crossover with Devil Hunter Yohko.

Wheel of Destiny is a crossover with Mermaid Saga and Inu Yasha.

Rebel Without a Clue is a crossover with Urusei Yatsura.

Reverberations is a divergence.  (And I'm hoping to back to the divergences And Not To Yield and The Road Less Travelled.)

If also got a few non-Ranma fics (Blue Sub, Gundam Seed, Gunslinger Girl) that are short introspective pieces.  (I've got story concepts for the last two, but they haven't coalesced into actual plots.)

What are you looking for in a pre reader? Grammar checks? Spelling? Plot debugging? All of the above?

While I do proofread my stuff, it becomes easy to see what you thought you wrote, not what you miswrote.

So I'm looking for the basic spelling/grammar/punctuation stuff, but also covering continunity and plot holes.  I also have events change characters, but I want the results to leave the reader thinking 'Ranma's changed' , not 'That's not Ranma!'.  Also, for Wheel of Destiny, I have a co-author - I need to know how well our different writing styles mesh or if it looks like Frankenchapter.

How frequently do you need these services?

Currently, I have a backlog and could accidentally drown someone in chapters.  Generally, I'm a slow writer, and would usually have 1-2 chapters a month.  (That's total, not per story.)  It could go higher or lower, more often lower.
