3/14/2009 5:59:39 PM <Dracos>   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
3/14/2009 6:03:20 PM <Dracos>   At the end of last session, the heroic lads, lacking still a piratical band name...and any minions, had managed to shanghai the strongest pirate ship they could find;..no wait, wrong script.  They'd managed to encounter the dread Captain Darcyan, known for looting, plundering, overkill, and overkill, not in that order.  Appraising him of their good Captain Dyne's fate, they found it to lay upon deaf ears, the Captain deciding
3/14/2009 6:03:20 PM <Dracos>   to give them a tour of his ship...and the infamous Valuan prison, the Walled Fortress.  Laying some thirty miles long and embedded into the mountainside deep within the Valuan border it had a reputation of being totally inassailable.
3/14/2009 6:05:08 PM <Dracos>   Leaning back against the mast, Jonathan waited as they viewed this monstrosity of construction through a spyglass.
3/14/2009 6:06:26 PM <Elladan>   "So... Lighting the whole on fire is out, I'm guessing..."
3/14/2009 6:08:02 PM <Dracos>   "It's prime valuan steel.  Someone made a go of it, some ten years back, blasting it to bits.  If you check the far right wall, you can see some of the marks.  Not that it did much good."
3/14/2009 6:09:08 PM <Elladan>   "Hmm.. Well, I was thinking of something more conventional... If we could get their weapons stores to go up in flames, it'd at least be the start of a distraction..
3/14/2009 6:09:09 PM <Elladan>   "
3/14/2009 6:09:55 PM *   Glubtz holds Menchi wrapped in his cloak. "How well does it hold up to magic?"
3/14/2009 6:11:57 PM <Dracos>   The lookout shrugged.  "Wouldn't know.  Some folks have tried that's for sure though.  It's said most the cells prevent that stuff from working, and you need to put up with the cannons to try anything from the outside.
3/14/2009 6:12:24 PM *   Kythaine considers. "Blowing up their weapons stores does sound like a good idea." He blinks and his eyes grow wide. "Wait, I just agreed with Elladan. About blowing something up."
3/14/2009 6:12:46 PM <Elladan>   "If fire isn't solving your problem, you're not using enough."
3/14/2009 6:12:48 PM *   Elladan nods..
3/14/2009 6:13:06 PM <Elladan>   "Wait.. Huh.. There's a novel idea..."
3/14/2009 6:13:48 PM <Dracos>   Jonathan didn't contribute more, waiting for them to get their fill looking at it.
3/14/2009 6:14:10 PM <Glubtz>   "Maybe we can let Menchi bite it down... I'll have to modify his teeth though..." Glubtz mutters to himself.  "How would you like to bite harder, would you like that?  I think you would."
3/14/2009 6:14:40 PM <Dracos>   Nearby they could hear the beginnings of a thunderstorm, the dreaded weather that the harsh lands of Valua was noted for.
3/14/2009 6:14:58 PM <Dracos>   Menchi struggled against his captor.
3/14/2009 6:16:10 PM <Glubtz>   "Oh very well, but you'll come around."
3/14/2009 6:16:21 PM <Elladan>   "Fire uses air, right? Consumes it. *If* we can get enough fire in, or around, the building.. We might be able to use it to suck enough air out of the thing to make everyone go unconcious..."
3/14/2009 6:16:28 PM <Elladan>   "That'd be a lot of fire, though.."
3/14/2009 6:17:10 PM <Marcus>   "Question I'm wondering is, can we even get close enough to do anything without raising an alarm and getting ourselves in trouble we can't get out of," Marcus muses, as everyone else thinks of setting things on fire.
3/14/2009 6:17:54 PM <Kythaine>   "That's the easy part.  We just need to show up in a Valuan ship."
3/14/2009 6:20:08 PM <Glubtz>   "Not that I have anything against it, I would LOVE to get my hands on one of their ships, but if we get one I would think we would have to move fast or else they'll know that ship was compromised."
3/14/2009 6:20:26 PM <Elladan>   "Well.. Getting in is easy, actually. Just get arrested. It's getting back out after that.."
3/14/2009 6:21:10 PM <Dracos>   Jonathan laughed.  "Well, they only tend to take special prisoners there.  Nobody has ever broken out of there, that's for certain."
3/14/2009 6:22:37 PM <Marcus>   "What about broken in? I can't think we're the only ones who's ever considered that, reckless thought and all aside..."
3/14/2009 6:24:29 PM <Dracos>   "Not that I've heard of..." He shrugged, not an expert really.
3/14/2009 6:24:49 PM <Elladan>   "How about we knock?"
3/14/2009 6:25:56 PM <Glubtz>   "I say we go out and plunder enough booty so I can build an armada of totally mechanized battleships, we'll level the whole thing into the ground!  Muahaha *cough*cough* hahaa!"
3/14/2009 6:26:28 PM <Elladan>   "Does it have to be *our* battleships, though?"
3/14/2009 6:27:18 PM <Glubtz>   "Maybe I can train Menchi to pilot one, are your claws flexible enough to turn a wheel?  Hmm?"
3/14/2009 6:28:23 PM <Dracos>   "Had enough yet?"  Captain darcyan called from below.  "We're heading out now."
3/14/2009 6:29:51 PM <Kythaine>   "What about the top and bottom of the fortress?"
3/14/2009 6:31:07 PM <Elladan>   "We could try to find a courier and fake some orders.. They'd be expecting fake orders to transfer someone out, obviously, but maybe not someone *in.* Kythaine and Marcus could easily pass for escorting guards, with the right equipment.. And Glubtz, naturally, will take the stage as an insane gnome with a penchant for destroying everything around him.."
3/14/2009 6:32:02 PM <Glubtz>   "I DO inspire a certain fearsome awe."
3/14/2009 6:33:12 PM <Dracos>   "Sorry, I doubt the captain's going to fly close enough to see the underside...and the storms make the overside...dangerous."
3/14/2009 6:33:14 PM *   Kythaine almost strangles trying not to laugh.
3/14/2009 6:34:28 PM <Kythaine>   "Fearsome.  Awe."
3/14/2009 6:35:17 PM <Glubtz>   "No need to be jealous, you also...inspire...something.  Slight pity perhaps."
3/14/2009 6:35:46 PM *   Kythaine laughs out loud.
3/14/2009 6:36:15 PM *   Kythaine clears his throat. "so how dangerous is the overside?"
3/14/2009 6:37:18 PM <Glubtz>   "Do you see that Menchi?  That's an example of someone not used to being around greatness.  Their feeble minds can't handle it."
3/14/2009 6:39:34 PM <Dracos>   "If you can get over the airships there...  you've got the weather to deal with.  Heavy thunderstorms."
3/14/2009 6:40:08 PM <Elladan>   "Too bad we don't have a Storm Lord. He could use the storms against the fort.."
3/14/2009 6:40:53 PM <Marcus>   "If we can get a good enough navigator and shield a ship of our own, we could use those storms for cover though when making an escape..."
3/14/2009 6:41:27 PM *   Marcus pauses and then looks towards Glubtz and Kythaine "Well, unless one of you guys think yourselves good enough navigators that we don't have to find someone ourselves."
3/14/2009 6:41:38 PM <Dracos>   The lookout stared at them like they were nuts.  A horn sounded as the boat began to move, turning around away from the fortress.
3/14/2009 6:42:07 PM <Glubtz>   "I'm not quite at that level yet I'm afraid, I'll need more practice."
3/14/2009 6:43:12 PM <Kythaine>   "I'll be ready by the time we have a good enough ship."
3/14/2009 6:44:09 PM <Elladan>   "Well, either way, unless they plan to execute him soon, we need the time to put other things into place. No matter what we eventually end up doing, we sure as hell won't be able to do it with what we have now.."
3/14/2009 6:45:12 PM <Kythaine>   "Agreed."
3/14/2009 6:47:58 PM <Elladan>   "So, would the good, kindly Captain Darcyan be willing to help us get a decent ship?"
3/14/2009 6:48:05 PM <Dracos>   The darkness in the skies seemed to lighten as they left Valuan airspace.
3/14/2009 6:48:15 PM <Dracos>   Jonathan stared at them as if they knew not what they asked.
3/14/2009 6:50:09 PM <Kythaine>   Me nods. "We help you capture a better ship than our current one.  You get the cargo, we get the ship."
3/14/2009 6:51:43 PM <Dracos>   "You can talk to the captain and see what he says," He shrugged, just a lookout.
3/14/2009 6:52:03 PM <Glubtz>   "That's not how you ask for help," Glubtz is disgusted.  "What they mean to say is, if you could give us any leads on aquiring a better ship, we'll let you touch the underside of Menchi's paws.  They are very so...scaly."
3/14/2009 6:52:27 PM *   Marcus rolls his eyes. "I say we go with Kythaine's proposal. I like it more."
3/14/2009 7:02:14 PM <Dracos>   Heading down, the five were soon before Captain Darcyan himself.  "Now lads, I trust you see the madness of trying to break into there.  Captain Dyne was a good man... and for his memory, I'd be glad to ttake you lads aboard here, but it's time to let things go."
3/14/2009 7:04:58 PM *   Marcus shakes his head. "We're not willing to give up so easy, sir. Me and the others, well...we'd actually still like to try and do something, even if it's been made clearer we're nowhere near ready to act yet," Marcus replies, somewhat diplomatically, before motioning to Kythaine. It was his proposal, so mght as well let him give it a whirl.
3/14/2009 7:05:28 PM <Glubtz>   "Pssssssssssst!  Remember the paws!"
3/14/2009 7:06:34 PM *   Glubtz shakes the cloaked cover Menchi slighty.
3/14/2009 7:07:06 PM *   Kythaine raises an eyebrow, but otherwise ignores Glubtz. "Obviously, we need a better ship. So we're suggesting helping you in capturing a ship like that. You get the cargo, we get the ship."
3/14/2009 7:08:12 PM *   Glubtz shakes Menchi again.
3/14/2009 7:08:50 PM <Marcus>   "You can also keep Glubtz, if you want him," Marcus offers on a whim.
3/14/2009 7:09:35 PM <Elladan>   "Yes, please. Though a valued member, we can see how he'd be more useful to you than us."
3/14/2009 7:09:38 PM <Glubtz>   "That's because I'm the only ne of this lot that's worth anything, clearly."
3/14/2009 7:09:52 PM <Dracos>   He laughed.  "Did you have one in mind?"  The burly man was amused by their chuptz.
3/14/2009 7:10:37 PM <Elladan>   "A Valuan scout ship, maybe? One of their fast movers?"
3/14/2009 7:11:25 PM <Dracos>   "No.  No offense, but I don't pick fights with the Valuan for free.  Both their scouts and their warships don't carry much in terms of profit."
3/14/2009 7:11:44 PM <Elladan>   "Aww.. Was worth a shot, at least."
3/14/2009 7:12:20 PM <Marcus>   "Hrm...well, it's understandable, and yeah, like he said worth a shot. Still, a ship better than our....junker, well, it'd be appreciated," Marcus adds.
3/14/2009 7:12:28 PM <Kythaine>   "It needs to be small enough we can use it until we get more crew, but big enough to be useful."
3/14/2009 7:13:55 PM <Dracos>   "I'll tell you what lads...  We'll stop off at Nasrad.  I like the inn there.  I'll give you a month.  Find a good mark, lay it out, and come get me there in one month's time...  and I'll lend all of my strength to a hunt."
3/14/2009 7:13:57 PM <Glubtz>   "It wouldn't be a junker if you would let me modify it," Glubtz sniffs.
3/14/2009 7:17:54 PM <Elladan>   "Sounds like a plan, Captain."
3/14/2009 7:18:31 PM <Kythaine>   "Thank you, Captain."
3/14/2009 7:20:57 PM <Dracos>   The man laughed.  "Bravery is what it takes to get anywhere in this world.  You kids are insane for wanting to brave the wall, but I won't shoot you down.  Find a good mark with thick plating.  You're going to need it if you want to get anywhere close without being blown into the rocks."
3/14/2009 7:21:04 PM <Dracos>   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
3/14/2009 7:21:26 PM <Dracos>   It was a few days later that they docked again at Nasrad, The captain seeing them off down in the merchant bazaar.
3/14/2009 7:24:16 PM <Elladan>   "So! What's first, oh-great-and-honorable Captain Kythaine?"
3/14/2009 7:24:51 PM <Kythaine>   "I think we should plot somewhere private and not mention our plan in public," Kythaine says quietly to the others.
3/14/2009 7:25:11 PM <Kythaine>   "And Marcus was elected Captain."
3/14/2009 7:25:25 PM <Elladan>   "Muttering about said plot and plans in public is more suspicious."
3/14/2009 7:25:36 PM <Marcus>   "I dunno, I have no problem with you being captain, Captain Kyth!" Marcus offers with a straight face.
3/14/2009 7:25:54 PM <Elladan>   "I know, but I felt like a change. After all, I know how you always covet everything Marcus has."
3/14/2009 7:26:22 PM <Elladan>   "His looks, his abilities, his women.. I've seen your dairy-- er.. 'Journal,' you know."
3/14/2009 7:27:24 PM <Dracos>   The crowd of merchants moved around them as Captain Darcyan shoved off, his Overkill flying off away from the city.
3/14/2009 7:28:07 PM <Kythaine>   "This is mutiny, you know."
3/14/2009 7:28:36 PM *   Kythaine laughs.
3/14/2009 7:29:00 PM <Elladan>   "I'd be happy to walk the plank. But I think the plank is bigger than our ship.."
3/14/2009 7:37:31 PM *   Elladan leds the group to an inn where they can find a corner and plot together..
3/14/2009 7:37:44 PM <Glubtz>   "Well, let's get on with the plannining.  I don't like being away from my research for long, and I don't know if I left enough rats onboard for Menchi to hunt."
3/14/2009 7:38:50 PM <Kythaine>   "First, this seems like a good place, so we don't want to hit any local ships."
3/14/2009 7:38:58 PM <Dracos>   They found a quiet corner in the rising sun tavern, the food pleasant and the waitress on duty fine to look at as the excited group chatted it up.
3/14/2009 7:39:50 PM <Kythaine>   "Second, we want a ship where neither the locals nor his crew like the captain."
3/14/2009 7:40:15 PM <Glubtz>   "Wow, and I thought this would be hard."
3/14/2009 7:42:51 PM <Marcus>   "Honestly, why does the social standing of the captain matter? We're going to be taking their ship. Fact that they don't like their captain won't make anybody any happier..."
3/14/2009 7:44:05 PM <Kythaine>   "If the locals don't like him they won't care if we take his ship.  If his crew doesn;t like him, they won;t fight for him and they might even join us as pirates."
3/14/2009 7:44:21 PM <Glubtz>   "It has too be small enough to be managable for us."
3/14/2009 7:45:05 PM <Glubtz>   "Why would a crew join us at this point?  Besides my genius we have nothing to offer them.  No booty, and we don't enough have a repuation yet, good or bad."
3/14/2009 7:46:08 PM <Marcus>   "Exactly. And keep in mind how scary it is that it's Glubtz making this point," Marcus agrees, obviously discomforted by the fact. "Right now, we don't really want a crew that'd betray their captain at first opportunity, honestly."
3/14/2009 7:46:56 PM <Glubtz>   "In fact, other then our first run, we haven't done any pirate like stuff in weeks!  It's sad, really."
3/14/2009 7:49:46 PM <Elladan>   "So, really, our first step is to get to another port and case the docks.."
3/14/2009 7:52:51 PM <Kythaine>   "We've got a month, what other ports are nearby?"
3/14/2009 7:54:28 PM <Dracos>   They knew of Sailor's Island and Nasrad, though a merchant or two could likely spin up any number of small villages or even towns among the area.  Most traffic went through the big hubs.
3/14/2009 7:56:53 PM <Elladan>   "It'd have to be a medium sized port city, at least.. And preferably away from here."
3/14/2009 7:57:09 PM <Dracos>   Also, many of the longer ranging merchant ships would often hire guards to go with them.  Getting a midsized guard ship and selling off the merchant ship as loot had potential as a way to make it profitable.
3/14/2009 7:58:46 PM <Marcus>   "Well, so we want a decent sized ship that can be managed by us four, ad something that makes it worthwhile for Darcyan to get involved, and it can't be too closely connected to Valuans. Anything else we want to keep an eye out for?"
3/14/2009 7:59:39 PM <Elladan>   "Hmm.. Shouldn't be much more than that, I think.. for now."
3/14/2009 7:59:49 PM <Glubtz>   "I say a decent sized ship for us four, we go out plundering, then we'll have ready cash for a crew while we case a larger worthwhile ship."
3/14/2009 8:00:55 PM <Kythaine>   "It would help to have somewhere safe to maroon the captain and any crew who don't want to join us.  And some paint to change the ship's name."
3/14/2009 8:01:51 PM <Elladan>   ".. I wouldn't leave the captain alive, though.."
3/14/2009 8:02:05 PM <Glubtz>   "We could feed them to Menchi," Glubtz suggests.
3/14/2009 8:02:55 PM <Dracos>   "Would you like anything else?" The waitress wandered by.
3/14/2009 8:03:31 PM *   Elladan smiles at her.
3/14/2009 8:03:34 PM *   Kythaine grins.
3/14/2009 8:03:37 PM <Elladan>   "Only you, my dear."
3/14/2009 8:05:19 PM *   Kythaine addresses the waitress. "That was a dangerous thing for you to say."
3/14/2009 8:06:15 PM <Dracos>   "Oh?  Am I in danger?" She teased back, flirting slightly with the rogues.
3/14/2009 8:06:33 PM *   Elladan chuckles.
3/14/2009 8:07:06 PM <Elladan>   "Oh, I believe we happen to be the ones in far more danger in this than you, my dear. I fear you're the type of woman many underestimate."
3/14/2009 8:07:22 PM *   Marcus just rolls his eyes.
3/14/2009 8:12:32 PM *   Kythaine chuckles. "What, afraid of a little peril, Elladan?"
3/14/2009 8:13:07 PM <Elladan>   "Not at all. I simply think she's a bit too much to someone like you to handle, Kyth."
3/14/2009 8:13:27 PM <Dracos>   She laughed and waved.  "Oh it's no big thing..."  She winked and headed off with a sway.
3/14/2009 8:14:05 PM <Elladan>   "In your case, Kyth, I think she may have been speaking litterally.."
3/14/2009 8:14:49 PM <Glubtz>   "On to the ports, yes?"
3/14/2009 8:16:58 PM <Kythaine>   "The main ports are here and Sailor's Island.  I think we should spend some time here in the taverns listening and see if we can hear of any likely targets."
3/14/2009 8:22:03 PM <Glubtz>   "Well then, you listen, I'll drink."
3/14/2009 8:22:05 PM <Elladan>   "If we stay hit a ship here, though, we might have to move to Sailor Island. I don't think many around here would take kindly to us taking down a regular here.."
3/14/2009 8:22:06 PM <Marcus>   "I'd imagine Elladan would be too distracted by the pretty waitresses to pay attention to anything interesting though," Marcus points out.
3/14/2009 8:23:43 PM <Elladan>   "Ahh, but Marcus, there you show us all how much you fail.. Waitresses, in places like this, are over looked as anything other than pretty faces. Loose lips sink ships, Marcus. And with the amount of ale that flows through places like this, many lips are loose. The waitresses are the only ones around enough to collect that kind of information.."
3/14/2009 8:23:51 PM <Dracos>   Though that may be a standard, as Marcus noticed both taverns they'd been to had carried it.
3/14/2009 8:27:57 PM <Marcus>   "Well, so long as you don't let them get the best of -you-, have fun. I'd rather not have to worry about our enemies discovering our goal of freeing the captain and the rest and deciding to speed up the execution..." Marcus mutters quietly.
3/14/2009 8:28:26 PM <Elladan>   "Then you simply omit that bit of information, sir."
3/14/2009 8:30:20 PM *   Elladan motions for the waitress to come back over...
3/14/2009 8:31:42 PM *   Kythaine whispers to Marcus. "We are seafaring men looking for work. Asking about ships, captains, and destinations is normal."
3/14/2009 8:31:52 PM <Dracos>   The waitress swings by after a few more minutes.  "Need something?"
3/14/2009 8:32:55 PM <Elladan>   "Aye, good lady.. Your company and a helpful conversation.. In fact, why don't you pull a seat up, I think you'll enjoy this conversation.."
3/14/2009 8:33:10 PM *   Elladan slides two gold onto the edge of the table.
3/14/2009 8:34:13 PM <Glubtz>   "More rum please, I intend to be a man while my companions chatter."
3/14/2009 8:35:14 PM <Dracos>   She grinned, "Now, now, the mistress doesn't like it if we dally too long," She sat down up close to him for a bit, listening to Elladan over Glubtz.
3/14/2009 8:36:33 PM <Glubtz>   Glubtz ponders if getting better service is worth his gold, decides it isn't and steals Elladan's drink instead.
3/14/2009 8:36:35 PM <Elladan>   "Ah, but I'll make it worth the tounge lashing.. We're somewhat new to this area, my dear.. Looking for work, to join a crew.. But we have some specific ideas about the crew.."
3/14/2009 8:37:16 PM *   Elladan gives Glubtz an irritated glance, but focuses on the waitress.
3/14/2009 8:38:13 PM <Dracos>   "Oh, what are you looking for...the merchants are always hiring good strong backs."
3/14/2009 8:38:28 PM <Elladan>   "We're looking for a crew that has a relatively new captain.. With a medium sized ship.. Perhaps one who's run a couple of escort jobs for a merchant."
3/14/2009 8:40:19 PM *   Marcus coughs lightly, worried Elladan might be laying it on a little thickly.
3/14/2009 8:41:36 PM <Dracos>   ""New captain?"  She laughed.  "who knows?  If you're looking to get into guarding, you can try your lot with Aziz's crew.  They were looking to pick up a few I think."
3/14/2009 8:42:22 PM <Elladan>   "Oh? Tell me a bit more about Aziz.. I'd like to know what we'd be walking into."
3/14/2009 8:44:40 PM *   Glubtz hums happily into his cup.
3/14/2009 8:45:14 PM <Dracos>   "Well, he's a bit of a brute, but he gets his job done well.  Aziz's guards have been doing escorts for a couple years."
3/14/2009 8:46:19 PM <Elladan>   "Ah, I see.. Anyone else you can think of?"
3/14/2009 8:47:03 PM *   Elladan slides over close to her, putting his arm around her shoulders, and using the movement to slide five more gold into her hand under the table, out of sight.
3/14/2009 8:47:38 PM <Elladan>   "I know your mistress has noticed by now, and she'll want at least one of those coins on the table for herself, yes?"
3/14/2009 8:49:10 PM <Dracos>   "Well, that's in town right now?"  She slipped the coins away.  "Well, not that's hiring... I could keep an ear out though...I'll let you know, if you stay a few nights."
3/14/2009 8:49:44 PM <Elladan>   "I would be most happy to spend many nights in your company, my lady. Most happy indeed."
3/14/2009 8:50:12 PM *   Elladan smiles at her again and leans back slightly, giving her enough room to stand and leave if she wished.
3/14/2009 8:52:58 PM <Dracos>   She grinned, swatting his hand and sliding out with the coin.
3/14/2009 8:53:38 PM *   Elladan paid close attention to her as she walked away, grinning the whole time.
3/14/2009 8:55:44 PM <Marcus>   "You're grinning entirely too much for someone that didn't even get laid," Marcus says between sips of his drink.
3/14/2009 8:56:50 PM *   Kythaine laughs. "The night isn't over, Marcus."
3/14/2009 8:56:53 PM *   Glubtz peers at the bottom of his empty mug. "I need more drink..."
3/14/2009 8:57:00 PM <Elladan>   "Ah, sex is but one of the many joys a woman can bring you, Marcus. One day, when you grow and your balls drop, you'll understand. Maybe."
3/14/2009 8:57:39 PM *   Elladan reaches for his ale, notices it missing and glares at Glubtz before smacking him upside the head and motioning a passing waitress for a refill.
3/14/2009 8:58:57 PM *   Glubtz shoves the empty mug into Elladan's stomach. "Piss off you chatterbox, you weren't drinking before."
3/14/2009 8:59:35 PM <Elladan>   "That's because I was doing something worth while. When was the last time *you* got off your ass and helped us find work?"
3/14/2009 9:01:31 PM <Glubtz>   "I keep the ship up and running you useless biddy, and so far our only "work" was charting islands, at least this time you're finding something more pirate like."
3/14/2009 9:02:54 PM <Elladan>   "When was the last time you worked on the 'ship?' Instead of tinkering around uselessly with a longboat, how about you focus on us getting a *real* ship that has enough substance for you to *really* improve on?"
3/14/2009 9:06:45 PM <Glubtz>   "My tinkering also improves and mantains, and keeps the ship afloat.  And I could BUILD a damn better ship if you found leads that actually gave plunder.  We don't even know if what the waitress said will even pan out anyway."
3/14/2009 9:07:47 PM <Elladan>   "It may, or it may not, true. But it's more than you've done. When you find us decent work, you'll have a place to talk."
3/14/2009 9:09:28 PM <Marcus>   "Well, if nothing else, we at least got one lead from Elladan's gold and flirting. Should get more info on this Aziz guy though."
3/14/2009 9:10:49 PM <Glubtz>   "Bah, all you do is talk and flounce around.  At least what I'VE done has moved us here.  We sure wouldn't have found work stuck on our former island."
3/14/2009 9:10:52 PM <Elladan>   "Aye.. Since he's done merchant escorts, hitting the bazzar and finding a couple he's worked for would be the best option. Hear it from the source."
3/14/2009 9:13:45 PM <Kythaine>   "We should probably ask around the docks as well.  There may be other likely ships, plus we may hear more about Aziz."
3/14/2009 9:14:00 PM *   Elladan nods.
3/14/2009 9:15:35 PM <Kythaine>   "Say two of us hit the bazaar and two the docks?  Or do we want to stick together?"
3/14/2009 9:15:57 PM <Elladan>   "Up to you. Two teams is faster, though."
3/14/2009 9:18:42 PM <Marcus>   "Might as well stick together. Look more like a group looking for a job than people hunting for info, I think...." Marcus suggests. "It's slower, but less suspicious, in my opinion."
3/14/2009 9:19:01 PM *   Elladan shrugs and stands up, stretching a bit.
3/14/2009 9:19:08 PM <Elladan>   "Let's go, then.."
3/14/2009 9:19:54 PM <Marcus>   "Let's head to the bazaar first, closer, then move from there to the docks," Marcus suggests as he starts heading towards the intended destination, barring someone disagreeing...
3/14/2009 9:20:09 PM *   Elladan heads for the door, but detours long enough give the waitress another grin and a kiss on the hand.
3/14/2009 9:20:25 PM *   Kythaine stands. "Makes sense." he follows the others.
3/14/2009 9:21:00 PM *   Glubtz tells the waitress, "A bottle to go please, Girly will take care of the tab."
3/14/2009 9:25:51 PM <Dracos>   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Well, Goodbye.
