Also known as the away thread. I got a heads up today that Zeph is suffering from computer failure. Bummer. I don't know if he'll be here or if he's planning on being here or what for next session. This does beg the follow up question; how do you guys want to handle people missing sessions? Go on without them and put the PCs in robo mode? Cancel the session if 1/2/3 people are missing? Some other unholy abomination that makes me shiver with terror?

We have five people.   I think if we cut at 1, we're gonna be closing the game in two months. :)

I'd say cancel if 3 are missing.  Otherwise sort of Robot Follow.  Basically if 4 of the 6 of us show up, game is on.

Yeah, I'd say definitely still run if one person isn't here. Dunno about two, definitely not if more than that are out.

We should keep running with only one or two missing as a general rule, and make common-sense decisions based on the game state whenever it comes up. If we're in the middle of a gripping conflict with someone's long-lost evil twin sister, then they ought to be there for it. >_>

If Zeph can't make it and we play, would one of you be willing to run Robo-Zeph in the event of combat? I'd really rather not be saddled with running NPC-ed PCs.

Not real eager to do so, myself. When I'm not entirely sure how my own character talks yet, multitasking isn't likely to work out well.

I can control his actions, sure. Won't do any RPing for him, but can cast spells and whatnot easily enough.
