Also, don't Kyon's tools and coat draw their powers from the user's body heat? How is Nonoko able to sustain usage?

Oh, yeah.

Chapter 48 is out!

Nonoko was able to sustain usage from her fever, which Ryouko will explain in more detail later.  (Yes, Ryouko did good on that one!)

And Kyon in general is pretty OP in the right situations. :D
