The Greatest Game Villain Of All Time: A Questionnaire

So GameSpot is having their "All Time Greatest Villain" contest, and I think that's great...but I also think that there are entries missing.

Without posting a link, I'd like to ask you all just what your favorite villain is? Is he new? Old? Female? Obscure? Tell me about it, and describe a bit of his background!

Off the top of my head, two favorites are probably Dr. Wily (Megaman series) and Fawful (Mario & Luigi series).

I'll also toss up an honorable mention for the eyeball thing that shows up in Eversion when you finally reach the princess. Man, talk about unbeatable enemies. And you know what they say! If you can't beat 'em...

Those two are pretty fun.  Wily is more epic than Fawful, but Fawful has better in game presence. 

The princess in DQ1?  "But Thou Must?"

I mean Kefka :P

But Merc already named more fun ones.

Luca Blight. He demands attention, is an immediate and terrifying threat and completely delivers every time he's on screen.

Luca blight is indeed awesome.  And he will gut you while you squeal.
