[19:51] <@Overlord_Dracos> "Mwahahaha....None can keep up with us!"  A horde of bikers raced through the streets, driving over pedestrians, obstacles, cars, and pretty much everything in their way.  They weren't hard to miss, with a caravan of the average police officer car following them, bullets flying back and forth between them as they tried to corner the vicious biker gang with little success.
[19:56] <@Overlord_Dracos> Of course, the existence of superpowered, technologically superior, and generally despicable sociopathic beings showing up on a bi-weekly basis at random spots throughout the city, somehow consistently more than the police could handle and disappearing before the Japanese Self Defense force could properly mobilize has had other side effects.  They were called Vigilantes, largely due to some jackass media person who kept
[19:56] <@Overlord_Dracos>  putting some of the early ones on film.  On call specialists spread throughout the city, often working in small elite groups to deal with these fiends.  This is one of their stories...
[19:59] <@Overlord_Dracos> The phone rang for each of you, a familiar purple haired woman gazing out from under her red cap.  "Vigilante group #236, you are being called in for your first mission.  We need you to engage a rogue biker gang that is currently going down the Asagi super-highway, leaving destruction in their wake.  This will be a Tier F bounty, please head immediately to the scene, your comrades will meet you there."
01[20:01] <Yuuki`> "Got it.  I'm on my way."  A black-haired boy, only looking about 17 years old, answers before turning his phone off, driving towards the scene, incidentally, on his own motorcycle.  ...completely mundane motorcycle at that.
01[20:02] <Yuuki`> Well, okay.  All the fancy non-metallic colored parts on it are an olive green.
[20:03] <Shizuka> "I'll be there as soon as I can," Shizuka replies at the phone before hanging up. "Ready for a mission my dear, dear friend, Shinobu?" she asks sweetly, turning to smile brightly at the unhappy kitsune she's sort-of-somewhat made friends with.
06[20:04] * Shinobu cracks one eye open and looks at Shizuka before unfurling from her curled up state and stretches her fox form out, seemingly only having a single tail.

[20:05] <@Overlord_Dracos> Naturally, these vigilantes sometimes cause just as much chaos as the villians they apprehend...  A huge brick wall suddenly planted further down on the highway, as the gang raced down, Yuuki quickly taking up the chase as he speed up toward the rear of the quick moving biker gang...

[20:19] <@Overlord_Dracos> Yuuki's bike hits a piece of debris as he began revving up his engine, sending him swerving left and right, catching on a piece of motorcycle as he lifted his front tire up...sending him flying stylishly over the crowd and through the smoke.  He's making it...  He's over... [20:19] <Shizuka> "So do you think we should help out Yuuki or think he has things well in hand so far?" Shizuka asks her companion, holding her hand over her eyes and peering off in the distance at all the chaos, trying to make out who the ringleader of this mess is. "I'm a bit surprised I got a call, I don't see anything supernatural about this at all so far..."

06[20:21] * Shinobu simply lounges next to Shizuka and crosses her front paws, sitting regally, and exerts a minor force of her will, creating an Illusionary double of Yuuki.

[20:24] <@Overlord_Dracos> The two can see Yuuki careening out of the smoke cloud, high in the air, totally out of control as slams through the 'brick wall' unharmed, crashing down into the road, his bike skidding to a halt...slamming into the other two bikes and leaving him half on his back staring up at two of the biker gang.  Alive, unharmed, and perhaps missing his dignity.

[20:33] <@Overlord_Dracos> The gangster notices Shizuka coming out of the corner of his eye, barely managing to pull back, leaping away from her arm with a grin.  "Heh, you..." The energy blast went through him, as the paper was barely attached to his cheek, trapping him stil as he quivered in surprise.

[20:35] <Shizuka> "Be a good boy and stand down, it'll hurt less than what Yuuki or Shinobu would put you through, alright?" Shizuka says with a smile at the paralyzed gangster.
06[20:35] * Yuuki` gets back up, definitely looking undignified from the crash, but thankfully unharmed...pulling something that looks like a futuristic crossbow/bazooka hybrid...before calling out. "Strike feathers! Active formation 33! Engage!" As this happens, three jet-powered flying drones fly out from under the boy's jacket as they take a triangular formation, focusing automatic fire of blue bolts of light at the un-paralyzed gangster (Assuming it's GFP 2)

06[20:41] * Shinobu focuses on the two and brings forth an Illusion of a wall of roaring flame seperating the two from the rest of their downed biker buddies, bringing all the heat, blinding light, and the hungry roar of the flame along with the terrified and pained screams of their bretheren.

06[20:53] * Shinobu raises from her lounging position for the first time during the fight and cancels her Illusions and Projection, slinking up next to the mooks and pacing around them, licking her chops and showing off her fangs, occasionally taking a small nip at their legs.
01[20:54] <Yuuki`> "Ah, no."  He blinks.  "Yeah...we might as well just drag them over at this point," Yuuki comments as he waits for the check-over to be done before starting to drag one of the men.
[20:56] <Shizuka> "Do you have any handcuffs? I'm afraid the paralysis will wear off in a bit, and they don't look like they'd behave even after this..." Shizuka says as she puts her palm against her cheek, looking depressedly at the two paralyzed gangsters. "If you don't, you may need to knock them out hard so they don't resist..."
