[19:14] <Tiny_Ko_Army> "Good! I admit I'm surely not in your elite skill level, but with some time..." He nods, "But for now...with your leave, I'll begin?"
[19:15] * Seira gestures at the crowds. "By all means."
[19:23] <Tiny_Ko_Army> ------------------
[19:28] <Tiny_Ko_Army> The Temple of Waukeen is overflowing, over filled. Traders and merchants of all types are here, as well as normal people. The priests are busy in the fallout of two of the great seals being undone, ministering and making money...OOC - Ball's in your court for the moment, take action or whatnot.
[19:29] * Seira seeks a meeting with Mia, her plans derailing in an instant once she is there. The acolyte would probably be around, and it shouldn't be too hard to whisk her away to a more private setting, so that's what Seira sets out to do.
[19:32] * NeremWorld (~Nerem@pool-71-252-188-237.dllstx.fios.verizon.net) Quit (Ping timeout)
[19:32] * NeremWorld (~Nerem@pool-71-252-188-237.dllstx.fios.verizon.net) has joined #dunes
[19:34] * Ebiris is now known as Alicia
[19:35] <Tiny_Ko_Army> Mia is found helping a few traders, slipping away from them with a smooth smile. As she walks away, "So busy..." she stretches and cracks her neck, "Did you talk to the high priest yet?"
[19:36] <Seira> "I suddenly realized I needed to talk to you more," Seira tells her. "In fact, depending on this, I might want you along when I do go and visit him."
[19:39] <Tiny_Ko_Army> "Mmmm. No, no," Mia leans in as you escape the throng, going in a side door. It leads more to the kitchens than anything else, but it's out of the way. "We've kept it personal and quiet, but the high priest was touched by Waukeen on the second of those occurances." Her face is quite serious, "I think he wants to see you about it."
[19:41] <Seira> "I expected as much," Seira says, choosing not to elaborate. "The issue with the dwarves relates to this, however tangentially. I wanted to ask you again if you feel they're ready for the next step in diplomatic relations -- or trade, as it might be."
[19:43] <Tiny_Ko_Army> "I think so. It took some fast talking and more money, but I think the news about the elves is helping to loosen them." Mia shrugs after a moment, "I can do it myself, though if the Guard has time your touch could likely help at this phase. As is, I came back with a few more trade goods and the like, and left on very good terms."
[19:44] <Seira> "Rather than the guard, I would like the temple to lead the way, this time around," Seira says slowly, mulling things over, before she nods firmly. "Alright. Let's go for that meeting."
[19:45] <Tiny_Ko_Army> "Alright, Seira," Mia smiles at that, leading Seira along. To the back of the temple, where the chambers of the High Priest lie. Mia knocks on the door, "Sir? Seira is here to see you."
[19:46] * Seira lets herself be announced, acting casually.
[19:50] <Tiny_Ko_Army> "Come," The high priest calls, the door opened by Mia. Inside, you find him sitting in one of his deep, comfortable chairs, a book in his lap. His smile grows as Seira enters, standing and coming to her, a momentary embrace. "Bless you, Seira."
[19:52] * Seira returns it, and once it is proper gestures back at the acolyte accompanying her. "Would you mind terribly if Mia stayed? What we have to discuss will also involve her, I feel."
[19:53] <Tiny_Ko_Army> "As you wish," he goes on, going back to sit. "Seira, the Goddess spoke to me a few days ago, when the second pulse came. She spoke to me of what may come, and how you have done so much to ensure our coming prosperity."
[19:56] <Seira> "I'm honored," Seira says at length. "I got the precious chance to talk to Waukeen, and ask her if my future plans had her blessing." She withdraws the wrapped coin-shaped gift she received while on the run in Malmuthian territory. "I feel that this will be her answer to you, speaking far better than any attempt I make at repeating her words to me." With that, she unwraps it, secretly chiding herself for not checking up on it before setti
[19:56] <Seira> ng on this course, for being unable to live without gambling a bit from time to time when the stakes are high.
[19:58] <Tiny_Ko_Army> The gift is softly glowing as it's taken out, glittering like gold. "It is," The high priest murmurs as he eyes it, rapt.
[20:00] * Seira grins in earnest, now. "Further trials and rewards await, far in the future. But for now, we have one opportunity in front of us that I believe we must grasp! What better way would be to establish the Guild but by bringing dwarves out into the open, while gaining favorable if not exclusive trading contacts with them and generating both fresh markets and goodwill towards Balmuria and the Baronies?"
[20:06] <Tiny_Ko_Army> "That would further strengthen us, yes," he agrees to Seira's words, "I can't think of a better way, either."
[20:10] <Seira> "Temples are going to be springing up soon enough," Seira says, frowning. "People following their deity's will will no longer find themselves going by faith alone. We have to change, to adapt, if we want to emerge out of this coming chaos not only unharmed, but ahead of the others. People all feel that their way is best, and we're no exception to that. Let's show everyone the inherent good in following Waukeen's teachings!"
[20:12] <Tiny_Ko_Army> "By bringing the dwarves in?" The high priest ponders that, "A coup that willb e remembered swiftly and let us grow, then?" He thinks for a few seconds, "If so, then we would be wise to do this ourselves, under our name, expenses and auspiciouses."
[20:14] * Seira nods. "We're also the best equipped to handle the matter. The guard have their hands full by sorting the mages from the crazies. The other temples are likewise overwhelmed. We, however, were preparing to go on this venture, and had ample warning, though I regret not being able to speak more directly of the exact nature of what transpired in advance. And someone needs to do it for our countrymen's sake, so we are the most logical, be
[20:15] <Seira> best choice."
[20:17] <Tiny_Ko_Army> "We can spare the men in a few days, if need be." A nod, "I've prepared the basics; the only question is if you wish or can come along with it, Seira. I know full well your time is at a premium now."
[20:18] <Seira> "I would like Mia to lead this expedition," Seira responds, nodding at the acolyte. "I will be joining it, time and duties-allowing, but it would be best to plan it for the eventuality where I'm not amongst the members."
[20:19] <Tiny_Ko_Army> "Alright. Then we'll prepare the logistics of it," Mia speaks up, "I know the way well now, so it shouldn't be too difficult." With that, she flashes a smile, "Sir, just make sure you invite those who can take a drink or two. The dwarves insist on it."
[20:23] <Tiny_Ko_Army> "Of course," A thin smile at that, "I'll prepare a few scrolls for it, too." Looking to SEira after that, "Seira, thank you. I'll send query within a few days of if you can make it."
[20:27] <Seira> "I'll try to clear my schedule of any lengthy engagements for the foreseeable future."
[20:29] <Seira> Seira blinks suddenly. "And I would appreciate anyone with an awakened gift for magic to be directed my way. The school was built for much more students than I currently have, after all. Doubly so if any of them are fellow travelers and not just curious visitors."
[20:30] <Tiny_Ko_Army> A nod, "Any that show clerical talen and interest in Waukeen we're going to train in temple," The high priest agrees, "But any other strays we'll be happy to send you."

[17:47] <Kotono> ---
[17:50] <Kotono> A few days past the tulmult of the seals being broken, Seira is at the garrison. This is of little note by itself, dealing with minor, unimportant but unavoidable things that happen. As she walks out the hall towards the exit, she can see a guard enter. He is accompanied by a young baker, who lights up on seeing Seira. "Seira!" Roald calls quickly, and then turning to the guard, "That's her. Thanks!"
[17:51] * Seira smiles at him in welcome. "You came looking for me? Is there a problem?"
[17:53] <Kotono> "I need to talk to you," Roald approaches, "I saw something last night that's, ah, ...right up your alley." he decides after a few moments.
[17:55] <Seira> "I'm pretty free right now," she responds with a shrug. "Want to tell me about it over some drinks?"
[17:56] <Kotono> "No drinks," Roald shakes his head, "Never liked the habit. Besides, Mom and my brother are running things alone today as it is. But this is important enough to come right to you."
[17:58] <Seira> "I'm all yours, then," Seira tells him, mentally marking down that Roald needs to build up his constitution.
[18:02] <Kotono> Stepping silghtly aside, "I went to the to walk the city streets and I got a bit lost. While I was trying to find my way back, I saw..." Roald pauses, "A shape of fire like a man in an alley, descending down as the earth stirred and opened. It didn't even leave a burn mark behind, but it was there."
[18:03] <Seira> "How long ago was that, exactly?" Seira asks, shifting into a more businesslike tone of voice. "I would like to see the scene."
[18:05] <Kotono> "About 12 hours now? If it wasn't so late I'd have come straight away last night." Roald comments, eyeing Seira, "I'll take you there."
[18:06] * Seira is mildly disappointed, but decides to see this alley anyway.
[18:06] <Seira> "And?" she asks while walking. "Was there more to it?"
[18:07] <Kotono> "Well no, but a being of fire that walks into the earth and has it seal up after it is unusual enough to report," Roald answers as he leads you eastward, towards the eastern wall of the city. Past the Temple of Waukeen and the hill where Countess Stronger's shop and Seira's inn are, to the final street against the far wall. Turning to the various buildings and alleys, he points to one in particular, "That one, about twenty feet in."
[18:09] <Seira> Only truly divine magics leave a mark this far from the time of the disturbance, but with her life... Seira decides to rule it out, just in case, casting Detect Magic and looking around.
[18:09] <Kotono> Besides her magical items, there's no immediate magic around.
[18:11] <Seira> "At least it wasn't an avatar," she mutters, somewhat happy no one made it to that post before she could. "Feel free to wake me up as soon as you see something this unusual again," she tells Roald, beginning a more mundane search of the premises. "And if I am away, there are a few other mages around, now, as well."
[18:12] <Kotono> OOC - Search check.
[18:12] <Kotono> "Yes, ma'am," Roald agrees quickly, "Do you have any idea what it was?"
[18:12] <Seira> OOC: I'll take 20 around the area he specifically indicated, first. Result of 31.
[18:15] <Seira> "It wasn't truly divine. And we're still here, so I'd wager it wasn't a pit fiend or the like." Noting a few burn marks, she points them out to Roald. "This was the exact spot, I take it?"
[18:16] <Kotono> Roald nods, "Yes, I think so. The earth opened up into an opening, the fiery man went down, the earth closed behind him or her or it or whatever it was."
[18:16] <Seira> "I don't suppose the man-shaped apparition had any distinctive features? A unibrow of fire, an overwhelming sense of wrongness or peace?"
[18:17] <Kotono> "No. It's features weren't very defined." A shake of his head to that, "It was like a man, but it was made of fire and not very defined at all."
[18:19] <Seira> "Nothing spoken, either, I suppose, or any overt magical gestures on this figure's part." Seira shrugs. "We can't have everything, I suppose." As she speaks, she tries to recall the area maps she perused when picking the land and building the inn from scratch, specifically for whether anything can actually be below. A cellar, perhaps, extending from a nearby house, or even a sewer.
[18:24] <Seira> "I do have one idea," she says then, sighing. "I'm not looking forward to checking it out, but I suppose I have to, now."
[18:25] <Kotono> Roald looks on at Seira, "...is it a problem? You don't look happy."
[18:26] <Seira> "It's one confrontation I've been trying to avoid," she admits. "I don't like people who use fire better than I do."
[18:27] <Kotono> "Huh?" Roald murmurs, "...Do you mean an arsonist...or no, a wizard?" Roald speculates, "I mean, that wasn't anything not magical....but aaah, should I even be asking this question?"
[18:28] <Seira> "Well, of course it was magical," Seira responds with a shrug. "But I'm pretty sure it's a wizard I don't like. See, Roald, when two wizards don't like each other very much, fire happens."
[18:30] <Kotono> "Oh. That sounds like I just got a birds and the bees talk about magic," Roald blinks at that image, "Except with fire and hate instead of love and babies."
[18:32] * Seira snorts. "As long as it either entertained or educated you to listen to my rumblings. Are you going back to the shop, now? I'll probably come along, if so. A nice pastry is just what I need, right now."
[18:45] <Kotono> ----
[18:50] <Kotono> A trip back to Seira's magic school is just part of Seira's life now. On arriving, she finds that the students are being trained, the great works beginning. Summoning students to her or going to observe them would be a simple matter to her tastes...
[18:54] * Seira would like to speak to the children amongst them, to hear of their progress and any special requests they might have.
[19:02] <Kotono> The youngest children are being trained by more giving instructors, taking a somewhat softer and more c hild working tack. In this case they're gathered in a sunny room in the mage's tower, the window opened. The few of them are sitting, studying books right now...
[19:04] * Seira sneaks in under cover of invisibility, curious as to whether anyone would notice. At least their instructor, hopefully....
[19:15] <Kotono> roll 1d20+6 listen is usually crossclass for casters, mind. <_<
[19:15] * Hatbot --> "Kotono rolls 1d20+6 listen is usually crossclass for casters, mind. <_< and gets 21."12 [1d20=15]
[19:17] <Kotono> "Now..." The instructor begins, as you see Gwen idly petting her shocking pet as she reads, "Hm?" The instructor turns to the door, curious.
[19:18] <Seira> "Please don't mind me," Seira speaks, making herself visible as she gives the kids a friendly wave.
[19:18] <Kotono> A young boy nods and smiles, "Instuctor was just thinking that he's worried that some apprentence managed to cast a phantom sound or invisiblity spell!"
[19:19] <Kotono> The instructor, a middle aged and soft faced man, "Ragnar, I told you not to do that!" he adds with a bit of sharpness, "That's being irresponsible."
[19:20] <Seira> "Those are useful, especially together," Seira agrees, nodding to him. "And in particular for making one's instructor work extra hard. Now, the goal is just to avoid getting caught, I suppose...."
[19:22] <Kotono> "Ma'am, would you not encourage him?" The instructor asks with a deep sigh, "Also, keep your thoughts relatively contained. His telepathy seems to be an accurate, innate gifting."
[19:23] * Seira decides to test it, focusing on the idea of Ragnar mastering fireball to his teacher's surprise and growing horror.
[19:26] <Kotono> The child begins to scan, before he whimpers and collapses into a ball. "Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow!" he moans!
[19:27] * Seira rushes towards him, a spell of healing cast before she can even analyze the situation. Her mind well-protected, she turns towards the teacher in surprise. "Has this happened before?"
[19:35] <Kotono> "No." He shakes his head, as Gwenn whimpers and looks on,
[19:36] <Kotono> "No." He shakes his head, as Gwenn whimpers and looks on, Ragnar stunned but seeming to quickly stop complaining. "Ow...Miss Seira, your brain's strong...ow."
[19:38] <Seira> "Thank you?" she says with a wince. "I suppose we've found one of the disadvantages of your ability. Now you know what your weak spot is, and that you should work on it." She tries to help him up. "Is there still any pain?"
[19:41] <Kotono> "I'm okay," The child sniffs as he rubs his head, helped up. "You're brain's really, really strong."
[19:43] <Seira> "It's actually the result of studying and adventuring, I have to say," Seira tells Ragnar, though she's really speaking to all the kids in the class. "In that order, too. You get to learn new spells and acquire new skills, and then the chance to put them to use to discover even more."
[19:45] <Kotono> The children listen and nod along, as the instructor goes on. "Ma'am, what do we owe the pleasure of your visit to?"
[19:47] <Seira> "I wanted to take the children on a field trip," Seira responds. "Well, not this instant," she amends immediately. "But in a few days, conditions allowing. So I suppose I'm here to gauge interest!"
[19:49] <Kotono> "Field trip? Oh oh oh oh oh!" The children perk up instantly, as the instructor smoothly goes on, "Ah, of course. Where to?"
[19:50] <Seira> "This would ruin the surprise, of course," Seira informs him happily, before looking over the children. "Is anyone here afraid of water or open spaces?"
[19:52] <Kotono> No hands raise. One of the children asks, "Oh, are we going to the shore?"
[19:53] <Seira> "At first," Seira responds. Glancing at Gwenn, she asks, "Is your friend alright with water, too?"
[19:55] <Kotono> "I don't thik so..." Leaning in to pet him slowly, "He doesn't really like water all that much. He always hides when I go take a bath."
[19:56] * Seira nods. "Then he could wait for you back where it's dry," she muses. "What's the longest you've been apart from him?"
[19:57] <Kotono> "An hour when he got stuck under the stairs," Gwenn pets her shocker lizard, who lightly crackles in response.  A few of the children stare, but none even get close to it.
[19:58] * Seira tries petting it as well, taking from her example! Show no fear in front of your staff or students, especially when wearing arcane wards against electricity, that's Seira's policy.
[19:59] <Kotono> As Seira gets close, the lizard turns to her and begins to arc with electricity! "No! Stop!" Gwenn calls, jerking the lizard away. "Miss Seira, be careful! He doesn't like other people touching him!"
[20:00] <Seira> "What if you asked him really nicely?" Seira asks curiously. "Can you work on that, so that when I see you again, he'll listen to you?"
[20:01] <Kotono> "I'll try..." Gwenn pets the shocker lizard a few more times, as the rest of the class watches. "He's just shy."
[20:03] <Seira> Not arguing with that, Seira comments, "In addition to being nice to him, you should also try to help him make friends with other people and overcome his shyness. That's also part of being friends, after all. Helping them with their weak points."
[20:04] <Kotono> Ragnar nods, "Gwenn thinks that everyone's just jealous of her friend," he adsd helpfully, as th eother children giggle a bit.
[20:06] <Seira> "In a way, that is true. Just as you must think people are jealous of your ability. As anyone here does, really. As mages, we're all special. Where would we be if we didn't think that about ourselves, first and foremost?"
[20:32] <Kotono> ---
[20:34] <Kotono> On going to check on surveillance regarding Mihail, Seira finds a couple of tired looking men reporting to her.  "You wanted an update, ma'am?"
[20:35] <Seira> "Yes. Conditions might be changing, after all. Is there anything of note to report?"
[20:38] <Kotono> "Well, Mihail has come out of his home less and less over the past few weeks. The last time was...six days ago or so?" Nodding after a few bits of thought, "He largely keeps to himself and has had no visitors."
[20:39] <Seira> "What about the level of the heat? Has it risen recently?"
[20:41] <Kotono> "It's been steady and very warm." Reporting, "We've gotten somewhat used to it, but you don't even feel any cool breeze from the ocean anymore. It's just hot, hot, hot, hot, hot."
[20:42] <Seira> "Has he done anything you would classify as illegal, dangerous, immoral or just plain stupid?" Seira questions.
[20:43] <Kotono> "If I'd seen him, who knows?" Shaking his head, "He doesn't do anything like that where we can see him, though he has his whole big house to do things in. Frankly, I wish we could."
[20:45] <Seira> "If I wanted to clear the area of any and all residents, say in a hundred, hundred and fifty feet radius from his house, just how hard of a task would that be?" Seira asks the pair of guards.
[20:46] * Alicia is now known as Ebiris
[20:47] <Kotono> The two look at each other, "Honestly, not that hard. No one really likes the area any more."
[20:49] <Seira> "Please arrange it, if at all possible, without making it look coordinated or officious," Seira requests. "Double the radius would be even better, although I expect this evacuation to only be temporary and a precaution."
[20:50] <Kotono> "Yes, ma'am," The two agree easily enough, "What should we tell the evacuees?"
[20:52] <Seira> "That the heat might be hazardous to their health after a lengthy exposure," Seira proposes. "Along with a promise to study the phenomenon before they are either allowed back or recompensed for their property, going by its original value. I'll cover that last part if needed, so don't worry about putting the city into debt."

[18:14] <Seira> "Remember, don't swim too far!" Seira calls after him, directing her words via the spell of communication.
[18:20] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> The children start toplay, splashing and swimming around. With water breathing, they don't seem to have a care in the world now. Below is the ocean floor, a few old, rusted things and rotting wood lying there. Nothing too unusual, the shadow of a long forgotten sea cleft on the shore wall. As the children do that, Seira can see figures approaching below the surface of the water, a few hundred feet away still.
[18:24] * Seira prefers to walk on the surface of the bay, occasionally launching herself up and over an obstacle in a lazy flip. Once the figures are seen approaching, Seira heads forward to meet with them halfway before she would try to summon the children to her side.
[18:30] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> The children merrily play behind them as Seira approaches. A three set of sea elves are swimming towards Seira, making quite good time.
[18:32] * Seira doesn't intend to compete with them on their turf, waiting comfortably instead.
[18:34] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> Tynave leads the sea elves, calling, "Seira!" she waves as she swims up, two male elves following. They look interested, bright eyed. "Seira! It's been too long!"
[18:35] <Seira> "It has," Seira responds with a smile, using Tynave's own language this time around. "I've studied in the meanwhile."
[18:37] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> "Oh, you have!" She smiles as she swims up, "Oolu said you'd grown in many ways, especially recently." She burbles at that, "So many things have happened!"
[18:38] <Seira> "Nothing indecent the children shouldn't hear about?" Seira asks, half-jokingly. Though knowing Oolu's character....
[18:38] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> Tynave blushes, contrasting with her unusually colored skin. "Aaah." After a moment to compose herself, "Oh, are those the children?" she asks, pointing behind Seira.
[18:39] <Seira> "Yes!" Seira responds brightly. "They would love to hear any stories geared for their age!"
[18:39] * Ebiris is now known as Alicia
[18:40] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> "Why don't you two go on and do that," Tynave asks the two elves, "I need to talk with Seira a moment more."
[18:41] * Seira waves at the children, gesturing for them to play nice.
[18:42] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> The children approach the sea elves, starting to do just that. A chorus of childly laughter fills Seira's ears, as Tynave smiles. "Oolu says thank you. He's not quite sure WHAT happened, but he thinks it was entirely a good thing."
[18:44] <Seira> "It was, for the most part. We're still adjusting to the unfortunate side effects, but they are few and far between." Seira winks at Tynave. "Just don't be surprised if a few of you discover a sudden gift of magic."
[18:45] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> "Yes, about that..." Tynave shakes her head, blushing again, "I think that's why Oolu said it was a good thing."
[18:46] <Seira> "The way you keep on blushing disturbs me," Seira says quietly, leaning over. "Friend or not, if Oolu had set up his magical underseas harem kingdom I'm so coming over to kick his ass."
[18:47] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> "Aaaaaaah!" Tynave glowers at Seira, "Seira, that's horrible! He's like a demi god to us! ....granted, it wouldn't surprise me..." she amends quietly, her blush growing.
[18:49] <Seira> "Has he touched you improperly? You know there's proper recourse in such cases. Why, my fire is just as fiery below the sea level!"
[18:50] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> "No!" Tynave sputters, "Also not the point of this! So not the point of this!" Turning as red as molten lava oozing out of a crater, "He wants you to visit sometime, and perhaps bring a few of your friends. He's been spending time with the old portal lately."
[18:53] <Seira> Seira laughs at Tynave's flustered denials. "Of course I'll visit! I could even bring more people along, as my powers have grown somewhat in the time we've spent apart." Considering the offer more seriously, she asks, "Have you made any progress into that substance which allowed humans to breathe underwater for a period of time? If you had, and could spare some, I might be able to take the older class all the way to mingle with your villa
[18:53] <Seira> ge."
[18:54] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> "Oolu's working on it. He has the ingredients recovered, but a few of them aren't common here anymore. He's gone out to the deeper sea to start harvesting and bringing back samples to grow here."
[18:55] * Seira nods. "The excursion would have to wait for now, then. Would he like me to bring something over with me? Or would you, for that matter? I have money again, so I could put it to good use before I inevitably blow it all on scrolls."
[18:59] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> "Raw money would be best. Oolu's been complaning about having to trade at bad value for certain supplies out there," Tynave shakes her head at that, "He's had to deal with Sahuagin as well as other creatures in the deeper open sea."
[19:00] <Seira> "Well, if they're bad and they attack you, what they have is yours..." Seira suggests, testing Tynave's reaction.
[19:03] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> Tynave laughs a little, "A small group did try that. I don't think they fared very well, since Oolu laughed about it after."
[19:04] * Seira laughs herself. "Well, if someone's really bad, call me. I can be pretty scary when I need to be, and I always bring friends along to make things all the more unfair to the other side!"
[19:07] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> "We will," Tynave promises, as behind you, you can hear the children laughing. "I told you I could," Ragnar laughs to one of the elves.
[19:12] <Seira> "How about a visit of your own into town, next time?" Seira asks, glancing back at the interacting children and elves. "Bring a few children to meet ours. I'll make sure they study the language extra hard in the meantime... even though children don't really need words to communicate."
[19:16] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> Tynave smiles at that, "Oolu would say yes even before you finished, so certainly."
[19:18] <Seira> "So tell me about life with the legendary demi-god, Oolu," Seira requests, looping her arm in Tynave's.
[19:25] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> "Oh, he sweeps the waves and..." Tynave begins, blushing a bit still. "Well, he usually studies, works on things or teaches us. He's trying to 'liven us up', since we've become boring and meek, according to him."
[19:26] <Seira> "Since he's getting away with, it kinda proves his point," Seira agrees, nodding at Tynave's words. "So once you've stood up to him and his ideas of livening things up you'd know you've made progress!"
[19:31] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> "We'll see..." Tynave blushes, "I think he's right now, though. He wants us to get to know the land races again, and not be secluded and hidden away."
[19:33] <Seira> Seira nods once more. "Yeah, I meant that as a general statement. Still, as a word of caution, try to ask for time to consider things and think them through on your own before giving out an answer to an important issue or committing yourself to a major course of action. It's a pretty good habit to have." Which I don't follow, Seira carefully doesn't add. "So, anyway, what's up with the constant blushes? I'm getting really, really suspicio
[19:33] <Seira> us, and I won't take no for an answer this time. Tell me!"
[19:34] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> "I'm just not used to the way you're going after Oolu. Everyone tolerates him, even when he pushes the boundaries a bit." Tynave explains, "No one's going to argue with a legendary figure that came back to us like this. AT least not yet..."
[19:35] <Seira> "So every second word I say embarrasses the hell out of you?" Seira asks with a grin.
[19:36] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> "About," Tynave admits, as the children laugh and swim around the elves, engaged in a somewhat futile but fun splashing war. "
[19:37] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> "About," Tynave admits, as the children laugh and swim around the elves, engaged in a somewhat futile but fun splashing war. "It's gone from meeting you and Shamal to this," Tynave reflects a moment. "I...I wish we'd known aboutthis earlier, I rather like it.
[19:37] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> "
[19:38] <Seira> "I guess I'm just wired this way," Seira says with a shrug. "Or it could be a defense mechanism. I'm not really all for bowing and scraping and all that. If Waukeen herself doesn't throw me into instant submission mode, legendary figures are nothing!" She turns to face the playing children fully, smiling softly. "I like where we're headed, too."
[19:39] <Tiny_MechaKo_Army> Tynave giggles a little at that, "So shall we join them now?"
[19:42] * Seira shrugs again, before patting Tynave lightly on her shoulder. "Tag." And she moves away, letting the ring of swimming give her an unfair boost to take the sea elf by surprise.
