Yep, get your infodump boots on.

First of all, you get two !rollchars with Hatbot. If both sets suck I'll give you a third one at my discretion.

We are using gestalt again. All the normal rules about gestalt applies.

The only banned book is the BoNS. I'll consider almost anything else.

The starting level is 13 and you have standard wealth for that level, 110,000 gp. All normal Balmuria houserules tentatively apply, if I change a major one that will impact character generation I'll let you guys know.

Humans are banned. Other normal races are allowed, as are templates. You have from +1 to +4 LA to work with, talk to me to help you make a concept come alive. As a planar game you can be almost anything you can imagine, so get creative! Talk to me about your concept and we'll work something out. For the sake of gestalt, levels where you pay off LA are blank on that side of the gestalt for BAB and saves. For example, half celestial 1//paladin 1 is bab+1 and fort+2 from the paladin side and nothing from the half celestial side.

As it's a planar focused game, classes and feats that let you deal with outsiders, elementals and other such are at a premium. You may want to keep this in mind.
