You were fine with me taking it as a longspear instead of a longsword, so I'll subtract 2,000gp for the generic +1 weapon and add the 10,000gp special ability to Gae Bolg to make it the Spear of Righteous War. [2,500gp/10,000gp]
Bastion of Righteous War is priced 18,170gp, with the 170gp coming from the heavy shield. I'll subtract 1,000gp for the generic +1 shield and add the 17,000gp special ability to my own animated shield. [4,250gp/17,000gp]
