She'll plop down 10k for a ring of arcane might. 29148.46. She'll spend 18250 gold to grab a metamagic rod, greater extend. 8398.46 gold. She'll grab an amulet of natural armor+4 for 8k. 398.46 left, which she hangs onto. Done. Woof.
