So, you mentioned Ravage poisons, bur from what I can tell they only do Ability damage. Which, don't get me wrong, is amazing. But Complete Scoundrel (Page 112) has something called Elemental Rime, which forces a creature to acquire a Vulnerability to Fire if they fail the check (DC 16 in this case).

I was wondering if we could work out some variants of that. Sleep arrows would be dead useful, but most of the stuff we're going up against can take 5 and beat the DC for it. So maybe something like an Enchantment Rime, which grants like a 1d4 rounds of Vulnerability to Enchantments? The DC on it is 16, so that's still fairly low for us, so maybe a Greater Rime with a multiplied cost or what-not.

Something like that is possible but will take some homework on my end. Give me some time.

Dimensional Lock

Not a bad option to shut down teleportation if you have a bit of prep time.

Entangle

You can already use this once per day as a spell-like ability. I doubt you need it more than that.

Evard's Black Tentacles

The problem is that the CMB check is tied to caster level. With a scroll's CL, you're not going to snare any targets at this level. While slowing down the enemy's mobility has appeal, most can fly, teleport or otherwise circumvent the field at this level. I'd give it a pass.

Grease

See above. Same problems as tentacles - most opponents aren't ground-bound at this point. Even opponents you get are likely to pass the balance check by sheer dint of high dex.

Expeditious Retreat

This only boosts land speed. Lief's going to be flying short of irregular shenanigans. It has minimal value based on covering that, but it's a longshot.

Contengency

Useful. The only difficulty is that the level of the contingencied spell has to be 'equal to 1/3rd of your caster level'. For the sake of this I'd use the caster level of the scroll.

Plane Shift

Having a spare plane shift or two isn't a bad idea. If exact location is a concern, grab greater plane shift instead.

Comprehend Languages

Handy niche, not critical to have.

Align Weapon

Useful to beat DR. It may be worth having occasionally.

Knock

A nice backup, though your investment in disable device renders it a luxury.

Tongues

Always useful to have on hand.

Shatter/Crumble

Both are decent but non-essential.

Serpent's Swiftness

Not bad, but sacrificing your entire turn to grant one ally a single attack is questionable. You'd want the mass version at the very least.

Stoneskin

Eh. Most of you have DR that's at least competitive with this, if not superior. It's not a great benefit and probably not worth the cash for you.

Ruby Ray of Reversal

A useful catch-all and worth having. Just watch out for the price bump due to the focus.

Ironguard

Lesser Ironguard's fine and a useful spell. I'd be inclined to nix Ironguard as written in the Spell Compendium. It's an absolute defense against metal weapons regardless of the enchantment. At the least I'd be inclined to keep the cap of +3 weapons/armor in the 3.0 version in Magic of Faerun.

It's not a gigantic deal as written, mostly just borderline.

Mind Blank

Always worth having. Tepen or someone can cast it on you before leaving Aurora, should you wish.

Absorption

It's okay. It has some sharp limitations that hobble its overall usefulness, but it's sort of okay.

Eye of Stone

Handy and worth having for scouting.

Moment of Prescience

Useful.

Foresight & Hindsight

Former's okay, latter's quite useful in the right situation. Watch out for the casting time of one hour.

Viel of Undeath

Useful for the raft of immunities it gives. Two points of note. One, you can't be healed with most traditional healing spells for the duration. Two, it's a spell with the evil descriptor. That means you're channeling bad ju-ju each time you cast it. You're not a cleric that's going to get smacked for casting an against alignment spell, but it's still channeling things best not channeled. Fair warning.

Benign Trasposition

Situationally handy. Worth having on occasion.

Fog Cloud/Solid Fog/Acid Fog

These are all solid. Note that freedom of movement trumpts these, teleportation can slip by them and so on and so forth. They're still useful spells.

Mirror Image

Not bad, but various things at this level null it. At the least spring for greater mirror image.

Then cloak of resistance to +10. 14899.67 gold left. She's done. This is mostly making her more combat capable than opening up new options, as she has plenty of those now.

(This is lazy epic magic items, I admit, but for this coda I'm not worrying about it. If I run an epic game where gold matters, I think I'll use various rules to discourage this right off the bat into low epic. Probably those CL rules.)
