It's not unreasonable, but not much along those lines exist. Honestly, at your level how many daily uses do you have? It would be okay at low levels but largely extraneous at higher ones.

*Upping bonus to Perform and Diplomacy on the Vest of Legends to +15

15 * 15 * 100 = 22500 (the total skill level)

- 5*5 * 100 = 2500 = 20000 (difference between +5 and +10) / 4 = 5000

*Adding the Anklet of Translocation to the Boots of Temporal Acceleration and adding the Third Eye Clarity Effect to Cloud Dancer's Mask. 4200+9000/4 = 3300

*Buying a necklace of Natural Armor +5, 12,500 gold.

*Buying a Ring of Deflection +5, 12,500 gold.

This leaves him with 136641.72 so far.

He's also adding the Soulfire Enchantment to his armor, which is currently at +7.

I believe the current armor should be 49,000 gp, so +11 is 121,000.

121 - 49 / 4 = 18000 gold

This leaves him with 118641.72, I believe.

Presuming this is all correct, you know what, I'll just upgrade the belt from +6 to +8 for 100k and leave it at that for now.

That leaves him with 18641.72.

He'll spend 7500 for winged boots with at will fly rather than limited uses (30000 before discount). 156772.77 gold left.

Next he's going to make the following:

Amulet of natural armor+5 will be the base. That's 12500 (50000 before discount) after Afina's baffling and arcane techniques. 144272.77 gold left. He'll then add the amulet of tears effect to it from the MIC. That's a base of 2300, 4600 after the MIC doubler. Then 1.5 for stacking for a total of 6900 gold. After one visit to Afina's House of Discounts we have a total of 1725 gold. 142547 gold left. He'll next add a necklace of adaptation effect. No off slot since necklace and amulet take the same slot, though 1.5 for stacking. 13500 gold and then Afina glances at it, which puts it in its place and reduces the price to 3375 gold. 139172 gold. Next he'll add a periapt of health effect to it, since who likes getting sick? That's 11100 gold, or 2775 after Afina puts her foot down on magic item prices. No sir she will not allow ripoffs in Aurora. 136397 gold left.

That makes the following:

Finnegan's Amulet: Grants a +5 enhancement bonus to natural armor. Has 3 charges per day, can be spent as a swift action to gain 12/18/24 temp hit points. Grants immunity to harmful vapors and gasses, allows breathing anywhere. Grants immunity to disease.

He's going to start with an angelhelm. That's 20000 after the MIC doubler and 5000 after Afina dances the dance that makes DMs cry. 131397.77 gold left. He'll add a +15 competence bonus to Listen and Spot checks. That's 16875 after Afina destroys economics for a total of 114522.77 gold.

Greater Angelhelm: Cast the following spells at CL 9 1/day each: cure critical wounds, dispel evil (DC 17) and resist energy (acid or cold only). Weapons count as good to defeat damage reduction. Grants a +15 bonus to Listen and Spot. See below.

Next onto bracers. He'll start with bracers of opportunity for 4600 after the MIC doubler. That's 1150 after Afina does what she does. 113372.77 gold left. He'll pay 6500 to the unknowable steam pixie to add gauntlets of infinite blades to them. Sometimes you just need a knife. 106872.77 gold left. He'll next offer 1000 to Afina to add gauntlets of giantfelling, it's a nice option for free extra damage. 105872.77 gold left. 500 more in a dreadful offering to Afina to add gloves of spell disruption next. 105372.77 gold.  He'll then add gauntlets of war for 2k - MIC doubler's in play here since it's an MIC style item in CC. 103372.77 gold left.

Also on second though axe the giantfelling gauntlets, there's a bit too much finicky stuff going on with these. +1000 for a new total of 104372.77 gold left.

Finnegan's Gauntlets: +2 bonus to AoO attack rolls, 2/day immediate action to take an AoO when you're out of them. At will create a mundane dagger for 3 rounds. Has 5 charges/day, 1 upgrades it to a +3 dagger, 3 to a +3 dagger of seeking, 5 to a +3 bane (choice at creation) dagger of seeking. +5 bonus to the Concentration DC to maintain spell concentration when Finnegan hits then while casting. +1 bonus to weapon damage rolls.

Finally let's go back to the helmet. I put one part off since I wasn't sure how expensive this was going to be. True seeing is the name of the game. That's 75000, or 112500 after stacking. This gets cut right down by Afina because she doesn't play that for a total cost of 28125 gold. 76247.77 gold left.
