1) Is Hanna okay with lending me some money for this?
2) I haven't had a chance to use my intelligent weapon since I have a lot of spears and his is redundant, can you give me a bit of leeway into 'merging' him with another spear? As if I sold that base spear and put him into one of the existing ones I actually use on a regular basis.

I currently have: Greater Metamagic Rod of Substitution: Acid, 24,300gp: 3/day the caster can change the damage type of a spell to the indicated type up to 9th level.

Would you allow me to upgrade that to unlimited uses, and if so what would be the cost adjustment? If not, what would be the cost to up the number of times and how high would you let me get it?

To the best of my knowledge we use regular gestalt rules and check what each level gives us on both sides of the build, then pick best.

1 ring of clairvoyance/clairaudience: At willl clairvoyance/clairaudience, caster level 15th. 90000 gold.
1 full plate+5, +9 vs the attacks of good aligned creatures. 54000 gold.
Flying Chariot: This chariot can hold up to 2 large creatures or 4 creatures of smaller size. It can fly at a speed of 20ft (perfect) and can be sped up by attaching flying steeds to pull it, which increases the speed to 80ft (perfect). 50000 gold.

I took improved natural attack, I'm not quite sure on how that increases. The table says 1d10 becomes 2d8, so will 4d10 become 8d8? I'll go with that for now.

6d8. Later on it goes to 4d8 and shows the next step is 6d8.

Shouldn't 4d10 moved up work out to more than 4d8 moved up, though?

What if I just want this specific part of the Holy Devastator for my weapon?

If the paladin wielder smites evil with the holy devastator, he or she adds twice his or her paladin level to damage (rather than his or her paladin level).

Can it be gained separately? If so, how much would it cost? +4? Less? More?

I'd rather you just pay for the holy devastator and build on it.

Side note: I'm wondering if I didn't botch my math on it or hit 3 instead of 4 and never caught it for the price. Will run that down.

First is fine, you and her need to get your heads together on costs since she was going to shop as well.
