[20:58] <Kotono> Fooooood. It's early in the morning as Ithea goes to the cafeteria for food. At least it takes no effort to make as she awakens, starting to eat her meal. As you swallow your first bite a debonair and jaunty voice asks, "Is this seat taken?" he asks, as he goes to sit opposite Ithea.
[21:01] <Ithea> "Go ahead," Ithea gestures with a smile after swallowing as she turns slightly so she can look at the person speaking with her.
[21:04] <Kotono> Sitting opposite to you is Tannin Darkbrooke. He sits down, a pause before an omelette appears before him. He tucks into it, taking a few good bites before anything else. "So I want to explain my services better," he begins, "My business is finding out about people - friends, allies, enemies, neutral parties. Anyone you want. You're one of the ones in charge here - is there anyone you

[21:07] * Ithea pauses in her meal and thinks about it for a bit before shrugging. "About the only people I can think of are the two we're off to visit, or any information you have on Abigor, I guess," she says slowly. "More info to arm ourselves with, right?"
[21:10] <Kotono> "I can get you the public information about Abigor - Hell does like its propaganda," Shaking his head, "That's not hard. The real dirt is much harder and more dangerous to get. Hell has several gifted counter-spy agencies, not to mention whatever measures a particular Duke might employ." A large bite of his meal follows, pointing his fork at Ithea, "The other two are easier. Could look
[21:10] <Kotono> into them, or an ally if you want to be nosy...or if you don't trust them."
[21:16] * Ithea laughs. "Well, I don't really know them, so yeah, a little hard to trust 'em right off. But I can at least imagine they're good people, right? Any info you'd dig up for me on those two would really just be to satisfy curiosity, not so much about trust issues," Ithea comments. "For what it's worth, I did know a bit about you already when you introduced yourself. You've made something of a name for yourself, you know."
[21:17] * Ithea points at Tannin with her fork before tapping it against her dish and scooping another mouthful, while waiting for his reply.
[21:20] <Kotono> "I do good work. Doing good, professional work gets you a reputation," Tannin flashes Ithea a smile, his eyes visible a moment. One is a sharp blue and the other is a vibrant purple, a lopsided grin joining it. "Who I investigate is up to you or Jaela or one of the others in command."
[21:27] <Ithea> "Well, like I said, all I've got for you right now is those tw...oh! Willim tended to talk about some monk friends of his. They're probably dead, but he'd probably appreciate some confirmation?" she suggests.
[21:31] <Kotono> "Got names?" Tannin banters back, "Any sort of identification? It'll speed things up."
[21:32] <Ithea> "You'd really have to ask Willim that sort of stuff. All I know is Willim followed Tempus, as did his monk friends," she says with a shrug. "What's life without a few challenges though, right?"
[21:35] <Kotono> "Give me a few days and I'll have it worked out," Tannin tips his head towards Ithea, getting up, "I'll meet you back here in two days, and send word if I'll be longer."
[21:36] * Ithea nods. "Sure," she says, as she returns to her meal easily after that. "Good luck."
[21:41] <Ithea> After finishing off her meal, she goes chat with some of the newer recruits still about the cafeteria, to check how they're adjusting to living in Aurora, are able to keep themselves entertained or what. Might be interesting to check if Elrisa's gotten any new students from amongst their recruits too?

[21:49] <Kotono> Some talking brings results. A brute of a man, Olar, looms over you like a mountain of scantily clad male muscle. His beard bristles and is black as he looks down at you, "The fights are good and it is a worthy fortress. But we need more battle! I cannot wait to set myself on these devil hordes!"
[21:54] * Ithea frowns. "Yes, well, you're not the only one. Unfortunately, it might still take some time for that to happen, since we still need to strengthen up our army and resources before that. But I can understand the desire to fight more..." she mutters, as she muses the problem. "Are you guys mostly fighting between yourselves right now, or do you guys go out and find some other fights while Aurora travels?" she asks.
[22:01] <Kotono> "Between ourselves for now," Nodding as he hefts a huge battleaxe and puts it in his lap, "There's some sissy girls who practice near that tower, but they're hardly worth anything but leering at."
[22:06] * Ithea bursts into laughter. "Oh, I'm sure you haven't let their instructor hear you say that at least since you say that so firmly. I don't know quite how good her students are in general, but Elrisa?" she says as she looks over the warrior again and his axe. "Yeah, I'd bet on her in a fight between the two of you. If you're looking for a new challenge, try asking her?"
[22:07] <Kotono> "Nonsense! I'll kick her flower smelling ass straight down then into my bedroom!" Roaring as he stands, "Mark my words, I'm off to do just that!"
[22:08] <Ithea> "Hah, I'm coming to watch, I think," Ithea says with a grin.
[22:09] <Kotono> "Fine!" With that the giant of a man stomps off, looking for Elrisa! Well, not quite. He marches right to her tower and bellows, "ELRISA! WOMAN! I DEMAND YOU COME OUT!"
[22:10] * Ithea shakes her head as she muses how annoyed Elrisa is bound to be with the 'uncouth barbarian' or whatever she's liable to call the man.
[22:11] <Kotono> It doesn't take much. The door inside opens, Elrisa coming out with blade in hand. Her face is steelly disapproval as she stares at Olar, "What is it you want?" she asks, spoken like a curse.
[22:11] <Kotono> Raising his greataxe up, "Victory!" he howls, charging right at her!
[22:12] * Ithea loses her amused glance at that and frowns. "Hey now! At least make a declaration of challenge first!" she exclaims.
[22:14] <Kotono> At this Elrisa frowns, the two falling into combat! A great swing follows...and a miss, Elrisa gracefully dancing around the blow! Her sword slashes out, the blunt side hitting his ribs, head and leg! The giant of a man wobbles on his feat badly, but swings again...and she ducks under it, bringing her sword up into his groin! The flat of it makes a distinct CLANG as it hits, Olar falling

[22:15] <Kotono> Rising up and dusting off her legs, Elrisa shakes her head and goes to head back inside.
[22:15] * Ithea laughs again at the result and claps her hands in appreciation. "Sorry about that, Elrisa."
[22:15] <Ithea> "Good job though, did about what I expected too."
[22:23] <Kotono> Elrisa just shakes her head and goes off, leaving the beaten man!

[18:51] <Kotono> A day or two later Ithea is beginning her day. She's stretching her legs and heading to the portals leading out of the Officer's Quarters. Standing nearby is Tannin, who inclines his head towards her. "Morning," he says, "Got the information in about the Order fo the Whirling Fist."
[18:52] <Ithea> "Did you? Fast job, you -are- good! Find anything useful for Willim?" Ithea asks.
[18:57] <Kotono> Tannin presents out a sheet of paper, "I'll make sure it does the rounds," he says, "Here's a copy for you." OOC: You can read it in the topic if you ahvent' already.
[18:59] * Ithea reads through it and nods. "One survivor, eh? Willim should be glad to find out about this, I guess. I don't really have anything else unfortunately, tried to think of something in the past few days too. Sorry."
[19:01] <Kotono> "I got another task already, this one from Afina. She wants me to look for fey and other survivors of her homeland. This one will take longer, likely." He nods once at it, "Gonna go looking."
[19:02] <Ithea> "Oh, that makes sense. Good luck with that," Ithea replies.
[19:06] <Kotono> Going towards the portal behind Ithea, "Take care," he says, stepping through and away!
