Only sheets should go here.  Commentary will be in other threads.
Well, Goodbye.

Jon

Primary character: Lord Alberto Casanegra de Nueva Castilla (aka Shockwave Alberto)

Spoiler: ShowHide

Body: 9
Mind: 7
Soul: 8

ACV: 8
DCV: 6

HP: 85
EP: 75

Alberto is a member of the Magnificent Ten, the secretive council which directs the operations of the BigFire Society's terrorist actions. He is haughty, yet affable, even if he's trying to kill you. He is, however, prone to rage if someone underestimates him in a fight or otherwise doesn't give him the respect he feels he is due. His wish would be to see the BF Society as the shadow rulers of all of Earth, with himself directing the Society's actions.

Traits:
Energy blasts (Soul): Alberto can manifest swirling red energy around his hands, which he can use for attacks, defense, or even propulsion. Cost: 5 EP for an "average" amount of energy, 10 EP for a higher-powered blast.
Light Body Skill (Body): As a wuxia character, Alberto can run at at superhuman speed (not like The Flash, but maybe up to 50 mph), run on water, scale high walls and make gravity-defying leaps. As mentioned above, he can use his energy blasts to augment this skill. This ability is cheap to use, costing 2 EP to be activated, but if Alberto's EP reserves fall below 15, he is no longer able to use or maintain use of this ability.
Cybernetic eye (Mind): Having lost an eye in a past battle, Alberto has replaced it with a cybernetic implant. This can act as a monocular, but also as a radar scanner, allowing him to "see" all movement within a half-mile radius and track a specific target within a five-mile radius. To track a target, he must plant a transponder (a small coin-sized object normally plugged into his eye) on the target. The transponder is fragile, but easily replaced, though Alberto's eye can only be synchronized to one at a time. (Mechanical note: if lost, Alberto can replace the transponder after any downtime such as a night's rest. However, if he does so, he can no longer track the lost transponder.)
Nemesis (Soul): Alberto may declare a worthy foe to be his nemesis. This provides Alberto a variety of bonuses against the nemesis; he can more easily recognize the nemesis in disguise or at a distance, or recognize the nemesis's "handiwork". He has a +1 bonus to ACV versus the nemesis, increasing to +2 in subsequent battles as he gains more understanding of the nemesis's weaknesses. If the nemesis is in a situation (such as rapidly-moving melee battle) which would normally make it hard to accurately target him with an attack, that condition either does not apply or is partially offset by a bonus. However, if the nemesis fights Alberto more than once, the nemesis may gain a better understanding of Alberto's weaknesses, giving Alberto a -1 penalty to DCV versus that opponent. Alberto may have only one nemesis at a time, but may declare a new nemesis after the old one's death or a suitable RP event.

Flaw:
Reluctant team player: Alberto can work on a team, even if (unthinkable!) he's not the one in charge. However, if his nemesis turns up or an opportunity to further his own ends appears, all bets are off. In such a situation, Alberto must succeed on a Soul check or be overcome and forced to abandon the team plan and take advantage of the situation.

Secondary: Kenji Murasame, Agent of Interpol

DY

Primary character: Vash the Stampede

Spoiler: ShowHide

Body: 11
Mind: 7
Soul: 6

HP: 85 (+15) = 100
EP: 65

Vash the Stampede is a wanderer travelling from from town to town in search of his twin brother, Millions Knives. Due to his overly exaggerated reputation, Vash usually acts foolish in order to make people feel comfortable and at ease, and to hide his identity. But when those around him are threatened he becomes focused and in control. Vash's reason for joining this game is to have the chance to heal/revive all those hurt and killed as a result of Knives' actions.

Traits/Flaws

Expert Marksman: Vash is a highly precise marksman with his revolver, able to make seemingly
impossible shots.

Extremely Durable: Years of fighting and travelling has given Vash a very scarred and durable body. He has suffered from a large number of injuries and is used to pain. HP +15.

Highly Agile: Due to his refusal of killing others, Vash is quite agile. He can remain unharmed through a gun fight due to his agility. Most of the time, anyways. DCV +2.

Conscience: Following Rem Saverem's teachings of love and peace, Vash refuses to take the lives of others. This has both helped and hindered him. Because of his refusal to kill Vash has suffered quite a few injuries, including losing his left arm and having it replaced with a cybernetic one.

Secondary character: Edward Elric
My name is Vash the Stampede. I have been a hunter of peace who chases the mayfly known as love for many, many moons now. There is no rest for me in my search for peace. I meditate diligently every morning. The subjects are life and love. I quit after 3 seconds.

Arakawa

#3
Primary character: Ika-Musume
Spoiler: ShowHide

Body: 5
Mind: 8
Soul: 11 (mostly due to the 'harmony with nature' bit)

Hit Points: 70/80
Energy Points: 93/95

Ika-musume is a fearsome and uncompromising squid invader who comes from the bottom of the sea, and burns with a hatred of humanity and the damage it has wrought against nature! Fortunately for humanity, she is easily distracted and/or intimidated, lazy, and a poor long-term planner. If granted any wish, would choose to eradicate 90% of humanity in order to put a permanent stop to ocean pollution. She is, of course, devious enough to only talk about her desire in vague terms as an 'invasion', so the other characters should not know about this. And, having the exterior appearance and personality of a twelve-year-old woobie, no one would even take her seriously if she did admit to her sinister motive.

Traits and Flaws

Tentacles! Instead of hair, Ika-musume has ten prehensile tentacles. These can be used to pick up and manipulate objects (assuming the manipulation can be done without opposable thumbs), lift and  (about three to four tentacles are sufficient), and in general Ika-musume will attempt to do all kinds of crazy things with them without a second thought. Of course, she is not in her native environment, and doesn't have very good judgment on what she can do. Any attempt that the DM considers unreasonable can either fail comedically, or require an appropriately difficult roll against the Body trait.

The tentacles aren't particularly durable and could easily be crushed and/or severed. However, eons of evolution have ensured that this is not an unrecoverable condition. When resting at night, Ika-musume can opt to regrow her tentacles instead of recovering hit points.

Squid Ink Spaghetti. (by popular request!) Ika-chan is able to, ahem, dispense her energy points in the form of edible ink which can be consumed by others (gaining the corresponding energy points).

Rules for cooking with ink:
- If the ink is not dispensed onto some form of absorbent food (noodles, bread, tofu, etc.) or into a large container (a bucket, or bowl, or something), half the energy points are wasted (rounding down).
- If the ink is dispensed onto spaghetti or any other form of noodles, other characters will find the concoction incredibly delicious -- assuming you can first convince them to taste something vomited out of a humanoid squid.

We will assume that Ika-chan refuses to eat her own ink, so this trait can only be used to hoard energy points for others.

Non-Human Idiot Savant. Squids have a hyper-evolved brain with zillions of synapses! (In the ocean, however, they don't use it for anything except making their heads glow with extremely complex patterns for communication, the undersea equivalent of spamming each other with emoticons on MSN.) However, when the same brain is applied to something like a book or other document (e.g. on calculus, or biology, or spaceship repair), the hyper-evolved squid brain is able to integrate all of the abstract knowledge contained in the material, and instantly develop proficiency in the topic! (As long as a piece of knowledge can be inferred just from the content of the book, Ika-chan will learn it. Complicated applications of the topic -- e.g. a spaceship repair that isn't strictly 'by the book' -- probably require a roll, just as they would for someone who'd learned the topic normally.) Learning things makes Ika-chan sleepy, so she loses energy points proportional to the volume of knowledge that she has just absorbed.

Absolutely Clueless. Ika-musume has recently come from the bottom of the sea and does not have any knowledge of anything besides shrimp. Unless a topic somehow involves shrimp, or she's had it explained to her by another character, or she has learned it during the game using the Non-Human Idiot Savant trait, she will automatically fail any and all Mind checks associated with that topic.

Moreover, the character will also fail to have knowledge of incredibly obvious things like computers, air conditioning, microwaves, Star Trek, the list goes on and on. (This affects character behaviour rather than stats, but it's worth mentioning here.) For example: she has been known to mistake an inflatable killer whale beach toy for an actual killer whale.

The only exception to the 'Absolutely Clueless' flaw is that, inexplicably, Ika-musume is reasonably proficient in spoken and written Japanese/(whatever language the characters in the game are speaking). Otherwise, she wouldn't have ever been able to invade Japan properly!

Secondary character: Dalek Sec
Unless Dracos vetoes him due to being a non-anime character, in which case I go with Yoshino Naganohara, from Nichijou.

#4
Hum.  Need feedback on defense values and power costs.

Spoiler: ShowHide
     Lt. Commander Justy Ueki Tylor

   Soul:  9
   Mind:  9
   Body:  6

   ACV:  8
   DCV:  8

   Hit Points: 75/75
   Energy Points: 90/90

   Traits:
"I don't know if he's a genius, or a moron!" -- Mind -- 10 EP -- Tylor routinely gets through situations he probably shouldn't through what seems like sheer luck alone.  This aspect demonstrates his ability to luck his way through puzzles.  (When being applied, roll soul; if successful, add +2 to a skill check to do ... whatever.)

"Lucky or damned, that man has the answers!" -- Soul -- 10 EP -- Tylor is able to lift the spirits of those around him, either by being a shining beacon of hope ... or being so incredibly incompetent that everyone feels more assured of their own chances in comparison -- and possibly both simultaneously.  On a successful roll, grands aid to an ally as per the above.

"How is that even possible!?" -- Soul -- Straight-up defensive power at +2 DCV a reasonable level, represented not by toughness, but unreasonable luck.  OR IS IT!?

"Hellooooooooo nurse~!" -- Soul -- 10 EP -- A stun attack usable only against female (or female-seeming) entities.  Normal defenses do not apply; does only stun damage.  For example, chatting to a 'female' AI, distracting an android that happens to look like a woman, or (more rarely) actually getting the attention of a real woman.  Note that when this power is in use, Tylor cannot use his luck as a defense against whatever he's using it on.

     Earned:

     -- Nothing yet.

   Flaw:
Easily distracted.  Whatever it is, Tylor frequently seems unable to focus, paying attention to things he probably shouldn't, and ignoring things that he probably also shouldn't.  If there are attractive women present, don't expect him to get much done....

   Motive:
"A wish for anything, huh?  Well ... I wish I could figure out how to make peace between us and the Raalgon forces forever.  That'd be something, wouldn't it?
I handle other fanfic authors Nanoha-style.  Grit those teeth!  C&C incoming!

CyMage

Primary character:  Bolt Crank

Spoiler: ShowHide

Body:  6
Mind:  9
Soul:  9

ACV:  8
DCV:  6

Hit points:  75/75
Energy:      90/90

Traits:
Biological Immortal:  (Body)  Bolt does not age, but can be hurt and killed.

Food for the soul:  (Soul)  Bolt can ingest anything and store it in a void space inside himself.  While the items are ingested, they can be fixed in the void space.

Nothing up my sleeve:  (Soul)  Any items in the void space can be returned to the outside world through Bolt's hands commonly.  Other body parts can be used if more fitting.

Been there, done that:  (Mind)  As an Explorer, Bolt is well traveled and has encountered a lot of strange things, making him extremely calm.  His knowledge of technology is substantial as well.

Flaw:
Knight in rusty armour:  He is a man of few words, always acting cool, and his cynical personality can make him seem like a very cold and dark character. But in the end, he always finds a way to do the right thing.

Backup Character:  Will figure something out.
He's history...play with fire and you get burned."-Magus

And then the mage drew his two handed sword.  "Shit! We're screwed!"
