Each of you have been met by a strange and sly man, someone who was able to insert themselves into your lives without notice, stop time itself and tease you with the chance to be a contender in his game.  He claims to be Q from the collective, and that this all is part of a grand game for him and his colleagues.  Perhaps he convinced you of his omniscence, or demonstrated omnipotent power.

Either way, he has promised that to the man or woman who reaches and takes the ribbon from the very center of this strange world will go a prize untold, a wish for anything one could imagine.
