In this thread, you can tell us all about the cool, amusing, or just plain stupid things that you're doing for the holiday!

I donated to Child's Play today, and am going to be on the roof of my house this afternoon attempting to hang Christmas lights.
What if they're not stars at all? What if the night sky is full of titanic far-off lidless eyes, staring in all directions across eternity?

I'm gonna make Christmas cookies this weekend. Here's hoping the kitchen survives.

I have donated to charity at every shopping location I visited today, with a single exception.  Managing to match my gift expenditures with donations to local causes.

Now to buy two more humble bundles as gifts for friends, and donate to wikipedia.
I handle other fanfic authors Nanoha-style.  Grit those teeth!  C&C incoming!

Nice. I'm having to lay off the gifts/donations this year, it really sorta sucks.

Finished putting up heirloom Christmas lights. (Custom-assembled by a grandfather with the use of large tinted lightbulbs, wires, and electrical insulation tape, and originally rated for 220V, so they don't burn all that bright.)
That the dead tree with its scattered fruit, a thousand times may live....

Yes. I am fond of the new generation lights, though. They can do blues so much better than old Christmas lights.
