This occurs while Muirfinn and the others are traveling to Greenrot.

> "Ithea!" Balyss is heard as Ithea walks down the corridor. Ithea is sweaty and tired, having just finished training recruits for the day. Balyss trots on up. "You up for a trip out?"
<Ithea> "Sure, I suppose. Where to?"
> "I..." Balyss begins but gives Ithea a look, "Been busy?" After a moment for that, "Did I mention how I've been helping Muirfinn with a quest of his? I just got back from escorting him to the Prime along with a few others." Falling in step with Ithea, "The divinations and all that?"
<Ithea> "I haven't kept up with Muirfinn's goings, actually. Anything interesting?" Ithea asks, rubbing her forehead clean of some sweat.
> "Yeah. Selune's having him go dispatch a weakened sort of Demon Lord in exchange for knowledge. He's off with Vivantha, Kascha and Canderella tracing a path the goddesses Alicia and Seira once walked. There's a lot of mythic signifigance to it and it's exploiting that to be effective. If it works they'll kill Athux, the new Demon Lord of Greenrot. But there's a problem. I had another vision after they left. Someone in Balmuria in the next day or so is going to do something to disrupt the signifigance and ruin their chances. I need to stop them - and I need help."
> Pausing for a moment, "I don't know how someone else got wind of this or why they're doing it, but I do know that they'll appear unclean before the eyes of truth. Which I'm fairly certain means true seeing will reveal whom we're looking for."
<Ithea> "Makes sense. The only thing stronger with seeing truth would be Sylvie due to 21. What do you need me for? Just some muscle in case things go pear-shaped?" Ithea asks.
> "That and I'm putting Sylvie's riches to use. She was just," Emphasizing that with a bit of a smirk, "Complaining how she has too much money to easily spend. She's making up special glasses that will let you see the truth. Well, Afina's making them, anyway. Sylvie's paying."
<Ithea> "Special glasses, huh?" Ithea says with a raised eyebrow.
> "Yes," Balyss smiles, "The more pairs of eyes the better. I have some friends from Balmuria that will be helping out too. They're already searching for rumors or anything awry."
<Ithea> "Alright, when do we leave then?" Ithea asks Balyss.
> "As soon as you get bathed," Wrinkling her nose with a bit of a smile, "I'll handle the Gating, I have several prepared today. Meet us at the gates. You don't need to disguise yourself, though I'm going to since I'm known in Balmuria and the wings will cause a bunch of distractions."
* Ithea snorts. "Fine, one clean and bathed Ithea coming right up," Ithea comments as she continues on to her room.
> From there needed things happen. Sylvie and Balyss await at the gates. Misalea and Mirima are nearby, walking and talking. The open Air is full of creatures flying, the armies of Aurora at work. Sylvie waves, handing Ithea a pair of glasses. They're slender and stylish, all gracefulness and impossible delicateness. "Here."
* Ithea nods to Sylvie as she takes the glasses, trying them on.
> Balyss looks like herself, save with normal human skin and toned down proportions. But the moment the glasses slide on, you can see her with a ghostly image of her 'human' form floating above her.
> Sylvie puts on a similar pair, handing Balyss a third, "These are expensive even with Afina," she grouses, "You're welcome."
> "It's not like you can't afford it," Balyss puts hers on, smiling slightly. "There's a good reason this sort of magic's rare, even if it's effective. Came up with Whimsical Sweets one time. The City Guard and Crimson Guard considered them, but they're just not practical due to the price. "
> "If you hadn't blown your money in the first place, you could've bought your own," Sylvie adds pointedly, crossing her arms under her chest. "I had plans for this money."
> Balyss merely smiles and deeply nods her head, almost into a bow, "Selune and I are both greatful for your aid, Sylvie."
* Ebiris (Ebiris@cpc9-sgyl30-2-0-cust73.sgyl.cable.virginmedia.com) Quit (Quit: )
> Sylvie keeps the look up, utterly unamused. Slowly Balyss smirks, giving into a light giggle. "Oh come on, don't mope. It's for a good cause."
> "Fine fine," Waving a hand as if brushing the entire thing away, "At least they look good on us. Right Ithea?"
<Ithea> "They look pretty nice, though that's probably more Afina's workmanship than Sylvie's money at work there," Ithea answers.
> "I could make them..." Ithea can catch Sylvie mutter that, a slight twitch of pique crossing her face. Meanwhile Balyss murmurs her prayer, "Selune, open the way to the path of moonlight!" she calls, as a swirling Gate appears before you!
> Balyss steps in, vanishing away! Sylvie follows, "Coming Ithea?"
* Ithea nods, also stepping through.
> Soon enough you stand before Balmuria! It's a warm and bright day, sunshine coming down freely. The salt-scented air is full of noise as you head in through the Arch of Peace. You walk past the grand and opulent trading houses, down the clean cobblestone streets. "Okay," Balyss begins, "It's about two hours before noon, give or take. Until noon we just want to look around - canvass, see if we find something, talk to people. A few street down there's some nice restaurants. I figure we can check them out for gossip and to see if anyone pays off, together or split up."
> "Fine with me," Sylvie says, "What about you, Ithea? I'm fine with splitting up. Balmuria's safe, we're not going to be attacked by local or extra-local threats."
<Ithea> "Well, I don't mind either way, just you should show me that candy shop you like talking about before we leave. You guys sure there's nothing weird about a catfolk in this plane, right? I -can- disguise myself if necessary," Ithea replies, as she looks around, taking in the sights of the city that churned out characters like Sylvie and Balyss into the vast planes of existence.
> You're getting a few look, but not too many. "You're fine. Elementals pass through sometimes and the city has a history with fiends and celestials. Elves are common these days, too." Sylvie adds, pointing up at the sky. In the sky can be seen off white runes, arcane symbols floating and weaving about in the air. What's visible varies as they shimmer in and out of the sunlight, a glimmpse at some greater pattern. "That's the Mythal up there. It keeps fiends out and does a few other things."
<Ithea> "Useful," Ithea says approvingly.
> "We'll be going there at noon," Balyss says, "To meet up with everyone and see if we've found any leads," Balyss pauses to stretch her arms and whistle, "Sylvie's point's about right. Balmuria's walked with magic and stranger things for a generation now. There's two new goddesses that people personally knew. Everyone's past staring too much at something new."
> "I'd love to really study it," Sylvie says, a hint of open longing in her voice, "But the Crimson Guard discourages it."
<Ithea> "Got any friends there that can help out, Balyss? I was kind of figuring when you mentioned friends, you were talking about the ones you and Sylvie share?" Ithea asks.
> "Oh, and speaking of restaurants," Balyss chuckles at Sylvie in the meantime, "There's a lot of fresh fish in the local cuisine. I'm sure someone's going to comment on that."
> "At Whimisical Sweets? Yes, I comandeered the entire crew," Sylvie says, "At the Guard? I know a few people." This makes her smile and blush a little bit, just a tad. "We crossed paths with them investigating a few cases."
<Ithea> "Uhuh. When your face is like that, you realize what kind of crossed paths I'm gonna think of, right?"
> "Mmm." Sylvie keeps walking all the while, past blue robed men, wearing brilliantly jeweled rings. Waggling a finger in front of Balyss's face, "No secrets, now!"
> "It's not quite what you think, I can assure you," Balyss shakes her head, blush slowly fading. "Just some fond memories of other times."
<Ithea> "If you say so," Ithea says. "Anyways, you said you wanted to split up then, meet up at noon?" Ithea asks, trying to get them back on track.
> "Right. Canvass a restaurant. If you have time after, do another. We'll meet up in the middle of the street," Balyss says, as you turn. The buildings here are still grand, but on a smaller scale. Various wondrous, foody scents begin to assail you. Sylvie sniffs the air, "Elf bread," she says, "Mmm. I hadn't eaten yet this morning." She hurries off, heading to one restaurant with a big swordfist statuette hanging over the front door.
* Ithea picks a random direction, and starts heading down that path!
<Ithea> roll d4 1=E, 2=S, 3=W, 4=N
* Hatbot --> "Ithea rolls d4 1=E, 2=S, 3=W, 4=N and gets 4." [d4=4]
* Ithea heads north!
> "I'll take the one over there," Balyss points at a buidling with a glass front, letting in tons of sunlight into a room full of iron wrought tables and chairs. Ahead are three immediate choices. The first has the head of a boar painted onto a sign with an arrow pointing inward. The second is a cottage style building done in white marble, thatched roof and all. A sign with the word HOMESTYLE hangs. The third has a fish and ocean motif, an image of a merman spearing a shark depicted on a mural that covers the front wall, with the door in right in the middle of the merman's tail.
<Ithea> Not wanting to encourage cat and fish jokes, Ithea steers clear from the third one, moving towards the first of the building options.
> Coming inside, the scent of meat hits you. The scent of cooking meat, a rich and hearty aroma to the building. Within is a set of long communal tables in the front and the back is dedicated to an open kitchen. Here you can see butchered cows, sheep, lamb, pig, chicken and many more being cooked up. It ranges from pan frying to being baked to being deep fried to chargrilled and many other ways. Perhaps two dozen people are about, eating and drinking. Most of the patrons look well off on a glance - good clean clothes, in fine health and all of that. As you enter, a cute blonde girl with long hair tied back in a ponytail comes over. She wears a white blouse and brown skirt. She smiles, all dimples and innocent here. "Hiya there! Welcome to the Boar's Feast! Party of one? Would you prefer to sit alone or with other people?"
<Ithea> "With other people will be fine," Ithea replies as she looks around, seeking anything unusual with the glasses.
> No one is awry here. You're lead to sit next to a threesome of common folk - albeit dressed well. They're middle aged and unremarkable on a glance, one bald, one with the most piercing blue eyes you've ever seen and the third with a teasing smile. "Want anything to drink? The special of the day is honey fried chicken on a bed of rice with a royal salad."
> OOC: Gah.
> No one is awry here. You're lead to sit next to a threesome of common folk - albeit dressed well. The special of the day is honey fried chicken on a bed of rice with a royal salad. If you don't want that, I'll get you a menu.""
> "Greetings," The bald one says with a hint of a kindly smile, while the other two watch for now.
<Ithea> "That actually sounds pretty good, I'll give it a try. For a drink, what do you have in terms of fruit juice?" Ithea asks, stopping to give a nod to the three. "Hello," she says with a smile of her own.
> "Apple and grape. The grape's local, nothing out of Kelara lately." The men just wait, returning the nod.
<Ithea> "Grape's fine then."
> Once the waitress is gone, "Paluth Farann." The bald one introduces himself, "And my brothers, Eregan and Siluth."
> "Charmed," Blue e yes Eregan smiles, "We hail from near the Faran Preserve. From where do you hail from, m'lady?"
<Ithea> "I'm Ithea, I'm originally from Lifasa," Ithea answers. "Nowadays I tend to live at Aurora, though I'm visiting with some local friends for the time being. Doing some sightseeing on my own and such."
> Nods follow from that, the bald one's eyes widening for a moment and then a few more moments. "I...see," he finally says, bowing his head. He raises his mug, "A toast to you then, Lady Ithea. What brings you to Balmuria?"
<Ithea> "Like I said, visiting with some local friends, doing a favor for one of them in fact," Ithea answers with a small smile. "You seem a traveled man, looked like you recognized at least one of the places I named. Can't say I was expecting that on this plane, really."
> "Oh, dear brother?" The third one with a teasing smile, Siluth, smirks, "What stories have you been listening to?"
> "The ones from that blue merchant last month," Paluth replies, as his brothers raise their mugs to toast.
> "Him? Oh, what was with him?" Eregan says, "I'm afraid I'd forgotten all about him."
<Ithea> "Blue merchant? A mercane, perhaps?" Ithea asks curiously.
> "Oh, you know them," Paluth replies, "We talked for some time and the subject of Aurora came up."
<Ithea> "Ah," Ithea answers, nodding again. "We do a reasonable amount of business with them over in Aurora."
> "Ah, a trader after our own hearts," Siluth says, "Tell me, have you heard anything about the harvests in the south?"
> "Ahem," Paluth clears his throat, "If I may presume, I don't think that's a question that's worth asking Lady Ithea."
<Ithea> "I don't mind the question, though I admit I wouldn't really know much about the harvests and such," Ithea admits.
> "Brother," Eregon now gives Ithea a penetrating look, "Aaaaaah."
> "M'lady," Paluth speaks up, "Is there anything we can help you with? If you came all the way to this plane..."
> "Plane!?" Siluth sputters, smile dying on his face, "Did yo-" He quickly closes his mouth, "Aaaaaah. I do see too, now. I apologize, I mistook you as something from an unknown realm, not from above."
<Ithea> "Well, as long as you didn't mistake me for something from below, I think we're fine," Ithea says jokingly. "Anyway, don't worry about help or anything. I'm trying to find someone, but I don't know that you'd be able to help with that."
> "Well, it can't hurt to ask," Paluth smiles warmly, "If we can help..."
> "My dear brother," Siluth cuts in with a smirk starting to come, "My dear brother was in Malmuth City when the great calamity came to it and the hard years after it. Ask him to jump and he'll be in mid air before he asks how high."
<Ithea> "Well, I'm mostly just looking for word of other new people in town, I guess. The person I'm looking for will probably react to the glasses I'm wearing, besides that, I don't really want to broadcast much else."
> As you talk, the waitress returns. Your food is put before you, steaming hot and smelling good. A pause in the conversation for her to go and pass, and once done, "If I infer you correctly, you may want to look into the Silver Barnacle in the Western Reaches." Paluth says, ignoring his brother.
> "Mm." Eregan drums his fingers on the table, "The only odd vision I saw...it was curious, but I fear it's completely unrelated. I had sworn at the time it was real and I was seeing the truth, but I had thumped my head rather hard."
> "That wasn't your brain talking, brother," Siluth chuckles, "Only a strange stew of wants and injury. But the Silver Barnacle has a reputation. If you're looking for a certain person on the axis my brother supposes, you may find them there."
<Ithea> "Well, good to know you seem to be doing fine now," Ithea says kindly to Eregan, nodding to both Siluth and Paluth and keeping that in mind to ask Balyss and Sylvie about this place, assuming she doesn't just go there on her own. In the meantime, she digs into her food, trying it out.
> It's quite good. It's chicken and rice with a sweet undertaste. The salad goes well with it. A silence lingers as you eat, respectful. OOC: If you wanna say anything or inquire about anything, go ahead. I can move you along otherwise.
<Ithea> ooc: moving on!
> On going out, you find Sylvie waiting. She's munching on a bit of cloth covered bread, leaning against the wall. Straightening up when you come out, "Anything good? I found out that Kelara and Nodlitz are a mess, but that's nothing new."
<Ithea> "Something about the Silver Barnacle and its reputation. You ever hear of it?"
<Ithea> "Also, the Boar's Feast has a pretty nice chicken," Ithea adds.
> roll 1d20+47 K:L
* Hatbot --> "Kotono rolls 1d20+47 K:L and gets 55." [1d20=8]
> "Yeah. It's run by Vicks Rogan, an immigrant from the Fiefdoms to the west." Finishing her bread and wiping her hands clean before she goes on, "It's full of the less savory types. Great if you're looking for things that would get you in trouble. It's not unknown of, but generally tolerated for whatever reason. Probably so that they have to deal with troublemakers they know."
<Ithea> "Well, whomever the guy we're looking for is probably using that sort of troublesome stuff, so might be worth checking out, right?"
> "It's a good lead," Sylvie flashes a smile, "If we get this wrapped up early, I'll need to take you sightseeing," she adds. Meanwhile Balyss approaches, "Hey, anything good?" she asks, Sylvie quickly filling her in. "I found out a few things. There's no special reason for extra visitors right now. We're close to a Waukeenite holiday, but they have one a month andn most of them are merchants anyway. They don't stand out to normal traffic. There's a grand arms tournament in a month or so, but it's not impacting anything yet. Everything seems calm enough, which points to a single troublemaker or something not readily apparant."
<Ithea> "Hopefully we can find something at that Silver Barnacle place then," Ithea comments. "Are any of your friends coming as well, or are they still hunting for leads in case ours don't pan out?"
> "Well, we could go meet with them like planned or check out the Barnacle first," Balyss says, "We could have them play backup."
<Ithea> "Backup is always nice," Ithea replies with a dry smile.
> "Let's go!" Balyss says, as the party heads to Whimisical Sweets. The two story building is painted like a striped candy cane, standing out rather markedly. Written on the glass window letting you peer in is WHIMISICAL SWEETS: CANDY AND TROUBLESOLVING WITHIN. Fluttering outside is a silver haired pixie, with a sugar-sweet smile on her face. "Oh hi, Balyss!" she chirps, "Everyone's waiting for you and Sylvie! Oooh, did you bring a new toy too?"
> "Silver, Ithea. Ithea, Silver." Balyss says shortly, "She's Josa's familiar."
> "She's also a horrible little creature," Sylvie says as she walks past, "Imagine if Afina was constantly having cramps and took it out with a smile and venom on the entire world rather than with fire."
> "Oh, don't mind her," Silver says cheerfully, "She's just happy to see Josa again. She misses him so."
<Ithea> "Hello," Ithea says in greeting, pausing to look at Sylvie before turning to Silver again. "I've heard stories. Lots."
> With an angelic smile, Silver alights on Ithea's head. She does a little twirling spin, "Then good. Watch out, Josa's gassy today."
> "Thrilling," That gets a mutter out of Balyss as she walks past as well.
> "Oh yes, it's like his rear," Silver full on shudders at saying that, almost stuttering over it, "Is a portal to the Abyss."
<Ithea> "Is he as fat as I've heard?" Ithea murmurs to the pixie familiar once she thinks Balyss and Sylvie are out of hearing range.
> "Worse!" Silver says immediately. "He's as fat as Yuria is a dumb blonde."
<Ithea> "Haven't heard much about that one. You'll have to fill me in," Ithea replies, starting to follow in after the others. Mentally she muses that Silver doesn't seem as bad as she's heard. Sure, she likes to talk horribly about others, but she seems to be otherwise well-behaved.
> "You know the jokes about blondes? She's the source. Count how many times she says like or totally," Silver stays in place as Ithea goes in. Within the candy shop are several. A fat half elf stands afront, dressed in gaudy, hot pink robes with a hat that resembles a twirl of whipped cream. Standing behind a glass display case full of candy is a blonde in leathers and a cape. She's whistling and smiling. Before you can look further, "

Standing behind a glass display case full of candy is a blonde in leathers and a cape. She's whistling and smiling. Before you can look further, "Ah! Capital and fine! Fine and capital!" Josa announces, "Truly we are unduly and unreasonably favored to have a new guest within this humble and yet openly dignified candy story; allow me to be the first to bid you warm salutations and firm greetings to you, Ithea of Aurora, for stories of your vast valor and fierce fights resonate roundly amid all our opportune meetings!"
> "Like hi," Yuria waves, "Everyone, they're totally here! Get down here!" she shouts up towards the stairs.
<Ithea> "Thanks?" Ithea replies, mostly distracted by the fact that his being fat isn't the worst part. It's how he dresses. Descriptions just didn't do it justice. She focuses on what's -clearly- Yuria, and he wonders who the rest of the bunch is.
> "Truly so, without any cloying doubt in our hearts!" Josa says, making a sort of courtly bow. In theory. As he attempts THAT, more people come downstairs. One is a beautiful slip of a woman, far too beautiful. She wears very simple clothes, smiling with a faint blush. "I'm Neveril." Behind her is a beautiful brown-haired woman in tight-fightting leathers, a pouch with darts pointing out strapped to her waist. "Lyris," she introduces herself, voice entirely curt. "Marianne had to run home for something, she'll meet back up with us."
> "Superb, superb, superb," Josa claps his hands together, "Now allow us to exchange what information we have found! There are many and myriad things to be discovered in the great city of Balmuria, and we have scratched the surface of doing so!"
> "Our best lead is the Silver Barnacle," Sylvie speaks up, "It's a hotbed of troublemakers. Any of you find anything better?"
<Ithea> "We learned trouble can be bought at the Silver Barnacle, we were going to head there, kick some heads in, find who's planning trouble, and then kick their heads in again," Ithea offers.
> "Well, when you put it like that," Lyris smiles faintly, "So be it. Let's go kick in heads."
> "Here here," Yuria says, "Let's go!"
> "...well, okay then," Sylvie says, "Shall we?"
<Ithea> "You know the place, lead away," Ithea says back, gesturing towards the doorway.
> OOC: REady to skip along then?
<Ithea> ooc: onward and tally-hooooo~

> The trip through the New City is without incident. The Western Reaches are half city and half farmland, as yo ueventually come to a secluded cottage. However, it's door is open. "Right," Sylvie says, "You all spread out in case an yone makes a break for it. The three of us can detect our quarry, so we'll go inside."
> "Sounds like a plan," Lyris says, "Good luck."
> "Sure," Yuria says, all cheerful bubblyness.
* Ithea heads inside!
> The other two follow! Within is a surprisingly well lit establishment. It's clean, well tended and altogether pleasant. The woman that comes to the door is that, albeit that her clean clothes is a strap of cloth around her chest and a loincloth. "Hello there," she says in a sultry little voice, "Coming in for a little drink?" Tables are about, all of them nicely spread out. A few people are here - but one pops your senses. It's an unremarkable man - but you can see powerful tides of dark energy swirling around him, like an invisible tide that threatens to swallow the entire building.
> "No thanks, Maribeth," Sylvie murmurs, stepping past the red head and gently pushing her aside. As Maribeth blinks momentarily at that, "Him," she says lowly. He's wearing normal clothes - not a weapon or armor in sight, either.
<Ithea> "Maybe later, we have some...business, first," Ithea says to the red head, nodding in agreement at Sylvie.
> "How'd you..." B alyss begins, but quickly homes in. In a whisper, "Surround him and try and get him to surrender, or just knock him out?"
> "We're probably outside the Mythal," Sylvie adds, "We can knock him out and just take him to Aurora." Her voice is a bare whisper as well.
<Ithea> "Works for me," Ithea says, already starting to move around towards the left.
<Ithea> ooc: any rolls? move silently, tumble, bluff, sleigh of hand, something else, nothing?
> OOC: Move silently, y'all.

> Ithea and Sylvie are like the wind, going to the left and right! They are utterly, bone silent as they slip into position...and then Balyss stomps forward, her foot making an entirely too obvious sound. It's not quite as loud as a shout, but the way her foot hits the ground is more than loud enough. He turns around as the trio gets into position, giving them the eye. OOC: Go ahead and act, he's turning around just as you're getting into position.
* Ithea holds for now, but as soon as he looks like he's going to cast any spell, she'll hit him with a quick casting of a ray of exhaustion and follow-up enervation (or if it looked like he was immune to that sort of magic, whack him with her glaive).
> Sylvie is tense as well, as Balyss points to him, "Hold it right there! In the name of the moon and Selune, we won't allow you to finish your vile works!"
<Ithea> "Subtlety, thy name is Balyss," Ithea mutters.
> "Oh for..." Sylvie sighs, wincing and looking away.

<Ithea> Well, since Balyss' already gone and called him out as a vile person and stuff, Ithea throws caution to the wind and just attacks with her original plan.

> The blows catch him in the stomach to double him over, then a quick chop to the back of his neck! In a second he's down in a heap! Around you the bar patrons spring up, a few drawing knives, saps or blades! Maribeth stares at the scene of momentary battle, "Okay, you got whoever that is. Why don't you fine folks take your dispute outside now?" she says, voice hardening.
> OOC: Free act.
> Balyss strides forward, "Thanks," she shoots back, holding up her holy symbol, "In the name of the Moonmaiden Selune, any attack on us will be an attack on her!" She sweeps her gaze about, "Stand down!"
<Ithea> "You really need to learn subtlety," Ithea says with a sigh, before turning to Maribeth. "Don't worry, we're leaving now."
> Sylvie glances around before sighing as well, "We'll have a talk later," she shoots to Balyss as you get about a dozen hard stares - but no one tries anything. Sylvie grunts and starts to drag your quarry out, "Sorry Maribeth," she shoots back.
> "It worked," Balyss retorts, "There's times to be subtle and this wasn't one." She gives everyone another glare before walking up, held head high.
* Ithea rolls her eyes, clearly disagreeing with Balyss, but not making more of it as she picks up their target and hefts him over the shoulder, carrying him out.
> Once out the rest gather to you. "Well done!" Josa calls, "Now shall we?"
> "There's a lot of evil energy aroun dhim," Sylvie says, "I figured we'd take him back to Aurora and let our resident wizards figure out what's going on and pick his brain."
> "Better than a real fight," Yuria says, "Going again so soon?"
> "I'll take Ithea back to sight-see," Sylvie pipes up with a smile, "We told her we would. But we need to find out if this is our suspect."
* Ithea nods in agreement. "Hopefully it is the guy, and we're good now, but one never knows, could be an entirely unrelated thing here. It happens entirely more often than it should."
> "Oh yeah, like totally there was this one time where Sylvie, Balyss and Ves met me at the docks, and-" A quick elbow from Sylvie silences her, Balyss giving her the evil eye. Speaking up loudly and stomping on Yuria's foot, "Ignore Yuria. Shall we? Selune, open the path before us!" she begins to chant, a swirling portal appearing!
> "Oooow!" Rubbing her stomach where Sylvie elbowed her, "Come on, it's funny!"
<Ithea> "...I kind of want to hear this story now, you know?" Ithea comments as she steps through the gate.
> "Just through the portal already," Balyss sighs in exasperation, and, once the two and the passenger are through, she goes through as well. Once you float in Air and head into Aurora, "It's a personal story. Ever since Yuria got one of those damned belts, she's used her newfound brainpower to her own amusement."
> "That bad?" Sylvie says as she flies along. "I've gotten the impression she's quicker now."
> "She acts stupid but she gets her jollies like that," Balyss sighs very silghtly, "C'mon, lets get him over to Vul'lath and have him work his magic."
