Texas Gathering - Transit and Room Booking

I voted against. We're only 6 people, and I figured we'd have more than enough vehicles to cover that, since half of that six already -live- in texas. The only two excursions right now are tuesday/friday (about 1 hour drives each) and everything else is in town.

If vote passes, I'll chip in, but it feels like an expense that we could all do without.

On another note, regarding those excursions...caves and tubing are in opposite directions of map, and tubing is pretty close to San Antonio. Should tubing be combined with San Antonio instead of caves?

That's the exact 'welll...' I'd been struggling over for some time with the vehicle. 

Do you have any suggestions for swapping that combination? :)  *is mainly looking at tour books rather than maps, so totally admits he can miss lots*  I'm fine with switching it to be a morning tubing/Antonio (or reverse) and Caves/Something else.  But not sure what something else would be.

Sunday to saturday.  We'd be just using it for the gathering if we're going to be using one at all.

With Yuth out, we won't be getting a larger vehicle.  We'll cram into the most comfortable of our 5 seaters.  Whoever is biggest gets shotgun :P

For clarity: Iddy are you still able to pick me and brian up from the airport, or shall I make other arrangements?
