Templar level 4.

ACF

Push-and-Puller (Beguiler spellcasting ACF)
Cost: 1/2 normal spells/day, rounded up. This does not include bonus spells.

Benefit: The Push-and-Puller has an innate luck that she can utilize as necessary dictates, sometimes even to the detriment of her enemies. Her level for this ACF is equal to her Beguiler spellcaster level; thus, a Beguiler 6/Mystic Theurge 3 would be L9 in this.

Primary progression:
Lucky Soul: At L1, L3, L6, L10, L15, and L21, the Push-and-Puller gains a bonus feat from the Luck category.

Secondary progression:
L1: Innate Luck: The Push-and-Puller gets +1 luck reroll, per four spellcaster levels, per day.
L5: Fortune's Scorn (SA): At L5, as a move action, the Push-and-Puller may expend a luck reroll to target an enemy within 30 feet. This enemy is branded with Fortune's Scorn (Will DC 10 + 1/2 Beguiler caster level + Int negates); for 1 round per caster level, all melee and ranged attack rolls the target makes have a 20% chance to miss (as if their target was partially concealed). The Push-and-Puller may end this effect early to force the enemy to reroll any one roll; the enemy must take the second result.
L12/20: Unknown.

Abilities:
Luck Rerolls 4/day.
Unbelievable Luck: Gets +2 to worst save (currently Reflex). Loses this if no luck rerolls remain for the day.
Lucky Start: Can use rerolls on init checks.
Humanity: The Templar only needs to make checks against the Mist every 48 hours.
Touch of Mercy: Heal 1d6+2 HP 4/day.
Devoted Aura of Truth: The Templar is immune to Figments, Glamers and Phantasms; while she is aware of them, she cannot be negatively afflicted by them. All allies within 30ft get +4 sacred bonus to saves against Figments, Glamers and Phantasms.
Cloaked Casting: +1 spell DC if enemy is denied Dex to AC.
Surprise Casting: A successful bluff/feint denies Dex to AC for next spell or melee attack. Spells cast this way still risk AoO.
Domain Power: Luck: Reroll 1 roll before results are known. Second roll must be taken. 1/day.
Ruthless Feinting: Sneak attack +1d6.
Erest Rosen - Bright Beacon: 1/day, as a Swift Action, the Templar may emit a powerful burst of light from his holy symbol. This light illuminates the area around the Templar as the Daylight spell, for 1 round per Templar class level. While this light is shining, any creature with the Mist subtype feels compelled to attack the Templar, and must make a Will save(DC 10+1/2 Templar class level+Cha mod) in order to take hostile actions against any other target(area effects are fine, they simply have to include the Templar). Creatures with the Mist subtype that have less then 6 intelligence automatically fail this save.
Fortune's Scorn (SA): At L5, as a move action, the Push-and-Puller may expend a luck reroll to target an enemy within 30 feet.
