The house has a great deal of mundane clothing, food, furniture and other household goods. If anything like that interests you, speak up. T'll be grabbing most of the food there, it's several days of free eating. At least the fruits, nuts and vegetables. He's a little wary about the meat on general principals. He'll also take a few barrels to load into wagon to hold all that food. Waste not, want not and all that.

Various good iron and steel cooking equipment. T will note that they spent a surprising amount of money here for nice steel items instead of common iron ones. It's the sort of investment a noble house or fancy restaurant would make. Maybe they liked to cook? 50 gold.

A locked book (magical). It's ice cold to the touch and T would rather someone analyzes it before he tries to pick it open. To be clear, it has a lock built into it.
Book, "Eternal Winter." Various religious hymns and parables to the Frostmaiden. 40 gold to a member of the clergy, but T suspects it's gonna burn instead. It can also be read for information if any of the party wishes to learn about Auril's faith.
Book, "Tributes." A book about Auril and animal sacrifice. T isn't really sure about the value since it has a ritual inside of it, and it's probably burning anyway. It can also be read for information if any of the party wishes to learn about Auril's faith.
